As a school when we had a problem wasp…
As a school when we had a problem wasp nest that caused an issue. An engineer attended the same day and removed the issue. Resulting in the area safe for children the next day.

Had one instance to call their office for an error I had made and they were very helpful and quick with their help.

A very reassuring and effective service
Darius came very quickly, and identified the source of the mouse in our two bedrooms, seventh floor flat. He was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring in his approach. He advised us regarding the positioning of traps we had purchased, and supplied us with ‘bait traps’. We caught one mouse, but noticed a smaller one two days later. Darius came a second time to assess the situation, and reassured us that there was no further evidence of mouse infestation.

Great Service

Quality and effective pest control
We have used Safeguard on multiple occasions across our portfolio (both commercial and residential) and they have been extremely prompt and professional throughout. It's refreshing to deal with a friendly contractor, from the office staff all the way to the site technicians.
Their reports are clear and offer in depth reviews and follow up advice, and most importantly, they get the issues resolved.
