Good for what I need
I am putting 4 stars as the customer service is very good. I have had 3 trackers, as first 2 went wrong, but they were replaced without question. And they can be checked on their computers to look for any issues.
Easy to set up on app but sometimes the charge time is longer than the recommend 2 hours.
Quite large but light tracker and has the option to sign up for different SIM card subscriptions.
Charge lasts approx 1 day and 1 night and then starts going so it will give the incorrect place to find your pet. But i have mine on check pet evety 10 minutes. If you opt for longer check time it lasts longer. Happy for what I need it for but would prefer a longer life inbetween charges. However not expensive either and I have peace of mind.

the product is of poor quality. they make you sign up to a monthly subscription and threaten you with CCj's if you want to cancel.

I’m struggling with setting up the tracker. All set on phone app and fully charged but keeps saying device offline!
I’ve called but got no answer. The website says the same thing.
Pulling my hair out as my furr baby is in new territory
UPDATE. Within a few hours I had a email and they had me set up and ready. Thank you so much for this. Grace is in new surroundings and I was very worried.

I had to buy a new tracker after my dog…ate the old one
I had to buy a new tracker after my dog chewed the original. As I already had a subscription I assumed I could just buy the tracker from Amazon and it would work. After adding it to my account it wouldn't work so I called the SaferPet helpline. A lovely lady called Caitlin was really helpful and when I struggled to read the number on the tracker she suggested I send her a photo of it. This I did and within the hour I was up and tracking. She even sent me an email to confirm she could see the tracker online. Such a pleasure to deal with this company. Highly recommend the tracker and the customer service

Tracker suddenly went offline
Tracker suddenly went offline. I was contacted by Saferpet the same day as emailing them over the bank holiday weekend. They fixed the issue the Monday after bank holiday. Great customer service.

I have bought one of these trackers for…my cat
I have bought one of these trackers for my cat, we charged it fully ,put it on the window cill,turned it off and on,subscribed and it keeps saying no connection, I have rang them and they do not answer, I have also email them a few times and up to now nothing I'm beginning to think I've made a mistake, it's very frustrating.
Just like to update on my safer pet ,
Saferpet contacted me and he was very helpful,he tried a few time but the Internet just would not connect so they sent out another right away and I have had no trouble with this one, set up straight away, after saferpet got in touch he was very polite and helpful rang me back when he said very very helpful, I am very please with my saferpet thankyou veryuch.

Amazing tracker
Amazing tracker, purchased the tracker a couple of weeks ago and has been working amazingly for keeping track of my pets, any questions I’ve had have been answered by the amazing customer service team! Would highly recommend

Have had the tracker for 8 months now…
Have had the tracker for 8 months now and up to now been very pleased with it.
However for the last 6 days we have been unable to connect the device.
A series of calls to customers care (6 all told) with promises of call backs that have yet to materialise we are now still waiting for a resolution to this problem, despite being told this morning it was working. It is not.
We have asked for a new unit and SIM card but all you get as a reply from them is We are looking into it.
This is not acceptable as this unit is still under guarantee and when we asked the question if we ordered today a new unit and sim would it work we were told yes, well I think the answer to our problem is there. Replace it so we can keep a cat safe.

Tracker has stopped working and hasn't been working for days. No one is answering the phone, what the hell is going on.
Sarah Carvill. My husband Dave has already sent 2 emails and had zero response. Not sure what the point is of you asking me to email yet again, you are ignoring emails AND not answering the phone.

Tracker for a cat
I have a tracker for a cat, good product but only when it WORKS. Unfortunately software fails quite regularly and when it happens there is nobody to help. Customer service non existent, no answer to calls, no acknowledgment to emails. Horrendous. My app hasn’t been working for over 24 hours, putting my beloved pet’s safety at risk as it keeps showing offline and I’m unable to refresh. The device fully charged and not flashing yet the app is not connecting to it as it seems. As always nobody to respond to emails snd show support and help. All in all I’m not happy as this happened twice previously and it took them a week to resolve, that’s not good enough. Also in the past the person I got to speak to about these issues was rude and incompetent.
Ssferpet got back to me after 2.5 days of tracker being non stop offline, telling they are sorry, working to resolve the software issue and that their customer service only works Mon-Frid 9-5:30. Well this is completely unacceptable, this isn’t the type of a business that can only operate Mon to Frid, for limited hours. Pets and issues don’t disappear over the weekend?? Where is the logic here??? Beyond ridiculous and unhelpful.

Initial teething problems but worth the wait
Bought tracker and activated subscription took 24 hours for device to be registered on network but working OK now. A bit slow to reply to initial emails do suggest patience is needed. Otherwise seems a good product

Amazing Support!
I made a mistake on my lost pet profile that I couldn't change through my account. Emailed Pets reunited and they fixed it within a matter of hours. Very impressed I work in IT and appreciate what a great service this is! Keep it up folks!!

Two trackers for elderly dogs
I bought two trackers for my elderly dogs. Their recall is good but I am disabled and am concerned I cannot move quickly to help them. I am very pleased with the trackers which are very light, my smaller dog is a Shorkie and very small and it does not bother him at all. Battery life seems excellent, not on at home but whenever out. Usually only need to charge weekly. Affordable, I am retired and as need 2 important, including the subscription. After using for several weeks, they work well. Very happy customer
