Returns policy meant it cost me quite a bit on top for delivery costs of original order and returning them.

Now reluctant to order next size up in case they don't fit right either

Product looked amazing but after about two wks felt like no cushioning not comfy and wouldnt buy again very dissatisfied,i paid for my own working boots even though we get ours issued for free but there no good thats y i decided to buy my own,but never worked out in my favour

After checking this site for Safety Giant, I very nearly didn't place an order due to the mainly negative reviews. The price for a pair of Dr Martens seemed too good to be true but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and was very pleased to receive my order promptly. A great price (even though I forgot to use the 10% off voucher I got for signing up) Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

How marvellous it is to receive a pair of safety shoes that can only be described as the lovechild of a clown's foot and Andre the Giants slipper. I eagerly ordered a size that I believed would provide a snug and secure fit, only to receive a monstrous pair that seemed more fitting for Bigfoot himself! Bravo, my dear shoe providers, for bestowing upon me a comical spectacle of mammoth proportions.

And when I mustered the courage to confront this shoe-shaped nightmare, their refusal to rectify their colossal mistake was as baffling as a mime performing a Shakespearean tragedy. They brushed off my rightful request for an exchange, as if it were a trivial matter, and left me to ponder the enigma of their customer service skills. I found myself teetering on the precipice of laughter and despair, marveling at their audacity to ignore a customer's plea for sanity.

Alas, dear reader, my feet may never recover from the trauma inflicted by this company's antics. The very notion of customer satisfaction seems to have fled their premises, leaving behind a trail of befuddled customers clutching their swollen, aching feet. I caution you, brave souls, to steer clear of this absurd spectacle and seek refuge in the land of reputable footwear providers.

Absolutely terrible company and customer experience. I ordered some safety trainers on there and realised soon after ordering that they were not steel-toe capped. I emailed within 5 minutes to ask to cancel the order, they said no?? When they arrived, I had to arrange shipping back to them myself. I literally opened the box to confirm the contents, taped it back up and sent it back. I then got an email to say there a refusing a refund because they have been worn which is a completely lie. If anything, it means their quantity check on products when leaving the warehouse is rubbish. They then sent me some pics of the sole of the shoe where I can’t see any signs of wear. COMPLETE SCAMMERS and will be reporting to Trading Standards.

Ordered a pair of size 8 Ambler safety trainers.
What I received was a single size 5 caliper boot with a thickened raised sole along with a single mens size 10 Croc type slip on shoe.
Both had obvious signs of wear from a visual and olfactory perspective.
Company refuses to acknowledge my calls and emails to rectify.

This company is diabolical. Wouldn’t mind the price if the quality was reasonable. The quality was shocking to put it mildly. Do not buy from this company as you will be disappointed

Worst online shopping experience I have had. I ordered a size 12 Timberland safety boot. They sent out a size 10. I emailed them advising the wrong size had been sent and instructions on how to swap for the size I actually ordered. Their customer service consisted of rude, unhelpful one line replies that simply put amounted to the fact they were not going to do anything. I asked for a call from a manager when I rang due to getting nowhere via email or phone. Someone rang a day later and reiterated that they could not swap for the size I ordered. I would have to send back at my own expense (£15.40) and reorder. I returned the item for a refund and ordered from a proper online retailer. My advise after this experience is DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
