The ease of putting together the will and associated documentation was terrific. Communication with the staff, if needed, was very good and they were empowered to make corrections as we worked. I was very pleased indeed as the older fashioned approaches to getting wills done were tedious, expensive and very final. The ongoing capacity to make adjustments for the very small fee of $15.00 per annum is too good to miss!

Told me will they created was wrong and needed to be redone. Looked fine to me. Ignored 5 emails to check. 1800 number failed. Finally found that will was fine (chat bot to human). They didn’t know / couldn’t check the status of the will they created for me. Poor product, poor service. Systems don’t work to standard.

I completed the will details and it was to be posted to me. I have never seen it. I keep meaning to contact you but life got in the way. Would you please be able to send it out now for signatures?

My wife and I had not updated our will for over a decade, we would often say we need to do that but never got around to it, there was a promotion to do our will for free with Safewill and we took up the offer. It was very easy to do it online with the step by step process with help prompts along the way.

We opted to sign up for $15 per year per will, which will allow us to simply login any time to update it whenever we want, we think that is a value for money service at a total of $30 per annum for the both of us.

The set up was great but the advertisement stated free until June 1 but no discount was applied. False advertising very annoying. Will not be recommending to others

The process was straightforward and easy. The response from the company was very quick.

If I had done this survey last week it would have been an excellent review, but yesterday both my husband and I received an email to say there was an error with the numbers on the original will and it needed to be re printed. Having paid to get the will printed in the first place and signed I now have the hassle of reprinting and getting it signed again.

I can’t believe how quick and simple that was.
