I was pretty worried about ordering because of some negative reviews I'd seen but I took the plunge on a b-grade LG 42 C2 OLED TV (was £600 instead of £1000).

They were immediately available via the chat tool and promised me next day delivery (and that it was UK stock).

I said I couldn't make delivery tomorrow but in 2 days time - to which they replied no problem.

Like clockwork, the order was delivered in 2-days time (with DX tracking) and very good support.

This was a brilliant experience and I'd certainly recommend them to anyone...

Company makes false claims regarding shipping time.
My item still has not shipped after 4 days.
They do not respond to e-mails or calls.

had to contact PAYPAL to get money back-
took my money and never shipped a product-

I ordered a pre amp for my son on 12/15, I still have not received it and I AM FURIOUS - LOUSY SERVICE- I was told it was coming before xmas. There's your review you keep bugging me to write-

Seeing as this sale was only about taking the money and shipping the box I would say Samtech did a mediocre job. They indicated at time of purchase it would ship in 24 hours, it took 48 hours. Delivery was USPS 2-day priority, took 4 days. Price was $4 more than lowest I saw on black Friday both with free shipping. Price was $9 less than others at time of order. Constant updates to Samtech were met with acknowledgement but no action.

Ordered a Hifiman-400i (display model) from STO for two reasons: The price was very competitive as plenty of reviewers have pointed out and STO is a authorized dealer which means full warranty. Ordered it midday on a Monday and received it in the same week, on Wednesday. Package was double boxed and padded pretty well. The product itself had no apparent problems, it looked unused and worked fine out of the box.

I wanted a pair of Hifiman 400i headphones. To save some money, I decided to order the open box display model from Samtech. The shipping was super fast, I got the headphones within three days! and whats even better, the headphones looked brand new! I got one hell of a deal! Thank you Samtech, I will definitely come back to you guys for my future purchases!

Awesome HiFiMan Edition X V2 Headphones. Took a couple hours to break in after initially listening my favorite tracks. Afterwards, found out these are the best cans I've had.

Ordered a pair of HE-400i's from Samtech during black friday. When I messaged them because the USPS tracking number wasn't working, they gave me a quick response and were very polite. They also shipped with priority mail, so they arrived in a single business day. The box they came in was a bit questionable (what in the world is the Fruit Company?), but the packaging was secure. I would definitely order from them again.

Just bought a pair of Hifiman HE 400i headphones from Samtech Audio.

It was a great shopping experience. There was a significant delay because the manufacturer was late in fulfilling Samtech's order. So this meant I got to see how Samtech deals with an order that doesn't go 100% smoothly.

Samtech was great. They responded immediately to all inquiries, kept me informed, offered compensation for the delay even though it wasn't their fault.

The product arrived doubled boxed and well padded.

I highly recommend Samtech, and will buy from them again.
