Fantastic flowers and great customer service.

Ordered flowers, a teddy chocolates and a ribbon (printed). The chocolates were missing. Ribbon wrong colour. Presentation was pathetic - ribbon not tied just flowers in a box and ribbon tossed over the top. The wrong teddy delivered - a cheaper one than paid for!
Generally the whole result was not what I had wanted for a special occasion.
On the plus side I got a refund altho they tried to fob me off with a discount voucher - bearing in mind their delivery cost is over $20!! If you want to get what you order in a professionally presented way then go to your local florist.

Fantastic service and flowers will order again and again

On the 13th of Feb I received a flower arrangement from Sarah's Flowers for my birthday which is on the 15th, from my son who lives overseas. Unfortunately, being the day before Valentine's Day and a warm day, the flowers were in the delivery van a bit too long and were quite wilted by the time they arrived. I send an email with a photo of the flowers to Sarah's Flowers and the next morning a very pleasant person called me, apologised and organised a delivery of a new arrangement. I have received quite a few arrangements from Sarah's Flowers in the past and they have always been lovely and lasted a long time. The fact that when I ran into a problem they were so pleasant and quick to make it right means I'll continue to recommend them to any friend looking for a good florist.

Exceptional customer service

If I could score less, I would. Ordered online in a timely manner. I repeatedly asked if they are were able to deliver on the day, which they said they can. It turns out the flowers never got delivered. I challenged them repeatedly but they stuck to their guns. They rung me at around 4pm, after they insisted it was delivered, saying my order was missed and they will urgently put together the arrangement by 5:30pm, offering to have it delivered by 6pm. I was not interested and asked for a refund, which I am waiting to receive in my bank account.

I ordered flowers online for the first time through Sarah’s Flowers, and the whole experience was fantastic. The website was very easy to use, the delivery was prompt, and the arrangement looked exactly like the photo on their site — absolutely beautiful.

After delivery, I was worried I might have given the wrong house number. I contacted Sarah’s Flowers, and they replied quickly, confirming the details and even sending a proof‑of‑delivery photo without me asking. That extra care really impressed me.

The staff member who helped me was friendly, reassuring, and very professional. I’m extremely happy with both the flowers and the service. Highly recommend!

What amazing service offered by all involved. I had provided an incorrect address and the team at Sarah's flowers were incredible at offering support to ensure the flowers were delivered. I highly recommed Sarah's flowers and after this experience wont use another florist. Well done all!

Flowers were mass produced rubbish….. As a former florist myself I was disgusted when I was not allowed to choose what flowers went into my arrangement….. I was firmly told that the flowers came as is in the pictures and will not be changed….. I had ordered online and thought it was weird there was nowhere to message the florist, so I called….. As soon as I was told the arrangement came “As is” I regretted I had ordered, and paid, from them….. This is mass production at its best, not the art of a true floristry….. So in the pictures you will see what cost around $400 in two arrangements, sent to my daughter after a brain tumour removal….. One was from her work, dying after 3 days, and one from me…… There is NO WAY on earth these flowers were even close to being decent for what we paid….. Woolies, IGA and Coles make better and fresher flowers….. Her work one was just dumped outside the hotel and her husband had to search for it….. How is that professional….. Then they charge astronomical delivery charges….. And don’t get me started on the $7.50 chocolates they charged me $19.95 for…… The positive reviews in my opinion would have to have been written by staff….. I would NEVER recommend this florist (Actually struggle to call them that)…… Please zoom in on the flowers in the pictures….. One was delivered that day and the lilly one was 3 days old….. Look at the petals closely and you will see them withering and wrinkled, old flowers….. Same with the roses in my arrangement, old roses….. Please don’t waste your money!!

3rd time flowers have come sub standard and nothing like photos expensive ones ordered and died within days I emailed first two times issues and they blamed transport people and suppliers now

The flowers I ordered online were very different to what arrived. About half the flowers and half the size arrived. And response from Sarah's Flowers was 'the invoice says that flowers are seasonal and may be changed'. I understand that. But for a bunch that looks like it is from Coles is not good. Disappointing.
