They are not reliable, flowers poor quality and not delivered when requested
Flowers looked substandard and notvlike website..not delivered the day requested. Maybe 10 to 30 mins before the funeral service.
Plenty of stress..very disappointing

After 11days my daughter s flowers were delivered it took over 15e mail s back and forth but aventually Sarah s admitted their computer changed the address but their idea of compensation was pitiful 15 dollars shame on you .youruined my daughter s Xmas also mine and the stress and worry was awful your customer service was pathetic change your name to Scrooge C Bramwell

Unreliable
We ordered a wreath arrangement costing over $300 from Sara’s Flowers for a funeral we were unable to attend. The order was placed several days in advance, with a clear promise of courier delivery by a specified time at the funeral. On the actual day of delivery, we received a call at 1:40 pm telling us it had not been delivered.
This was completely unacceptable, especially given the nature of the occasion and the advance notice provided. A funeral is not something you get a second chance to fix.
First and last time we will ever use this service

We sent flowers by email from Scotland to Australia , looked through Sarah’s flowers website and chose a beautiful lily arrangement with chocolates, they were delivered exactly as we chose and extremely happy when we seen the picture , thank you to staff at Sarah’s flowers for making our friend feel loved .

The online ordering was very easy and straightforward, and the website gave me all the information I required. I submitted the order around lunchtime and the flowers were delivered to my daughter's room by about 4.30pm the same day as I placed the order before 2pm. The tracking information was terrific, and I knew as soon as the flowers had been delivered. The product was of high quality and very close to what I had chosen online.

Dead flowers & $11.95 for a mystery small gift apparently
Flowers supposed to last 3-5 days sure thats reasonable. Recieving flowers including some that already need to go in the bin not reasonable. Also why include the option of add ons, snowy mountain love chocolate cookies and this instance and just substitute it with fig and caramel biscuits which arent even an option on the website. Not as ordered!

Terrible, unprofessional, never again
I used SARAH’S Flowers in Hobart to order an expensive bowl of flowers for a special birthday on Saturday evening . I was told they would be delivered Saturday afternoon.. at 2 pm I received a phone call to say they weren’t going to do a delivery that afternoon.. no explanation, no alternative solution, no care, only to say we will give you a refund or deliver Monday.. as I live interstate I found this company to be most unprofessional to deal with ..never again. Beware
