Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers. They were absolutely loved by the recipient. I also really appreciated the transparency and communication throughout the process. Being able to track the order in real time, including updates when the flowers were out for delivery and when they arrived, was incredibly reassuring.

As an interstate customer and a first-time purchaser, I wasn’t sure what to expect, especially ordering at the last minute. But the flowers were delivered the same day, and the whole process felt seamless and reliable.

Ordered online they said by 5 pm will be delivered… I called them and they said by 7 pm I actually had to call my friend that was not supposed to know that she was receiving the flowers but they arrived after 7.15 pm … Dried flowers of course after so many hours .. The Teddy bear I’ve ordered was nothing like the picture was horrible… they offered to refund me the delivery wich was 25$ I think … I paid 177$ … do not trust them … actually do not use them

The flowers were beautiful and fresh looked better than the picture online. The communication on delivery was excellent . Definitely recommend them.

I ordered fruit hampers for both our fathers back in September. They absolutely loved them, raved and sent pictures of the most gorgeous, high quality fruit so I've just ordered 2 more hampers for both sets of parents for Christmas.

They personally called me to say the flowers and candle were packed and ready and about to be delivered. Fantastic personal touch, no one does that anymore!

Ease of access, convenient navigation of the website to find what I wanted and then the reliability of prompt delivery, every aspect of the service was smooth as silk!

I received an arrangement which was delivered while my husband who ordered the arrangement was present. The arrangement was very ordinary at the most and looked like something you'd pick up at a supermarket, consisting of 2 short stems of oriental lilies which were all tightly closed and a couple of prigs of greenery in a small cardboard box. My husband was clearly horrified and embarrassed. I managed to extract what he had paid for it and I was horrified - $70! When I rang to complain the customer service didn't seem to appreciate that it was grossly over priced and got the distinct impression that that was the accepted standard for Sarah's Flowers. There was no offer to rectify the situation. I feel compelled to write this review to warn potential customers.

Very nice flowers: fresh and beautifully arranged. Very happy overall, but I thinking I probably shouldn’t have spent considerably more for ASAP delivery as they still didn’t arrive till noon. Having said that, my daughter was absolutely delighted with the bouquet. Highly recommended.
