Wandsworth Sash Windows Avis

Great quality workmanship, with really friendly and helpful communication - and installers that went above and beyond what was required of them. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant communication, fantastic workmanship. Recommended!

James Turner and his team have been a pleasure to work with. From the 1st point of contact on booking in appointments, the transitioning of ordering and installation of windows. Ensuring the process is smooth- 100% customer services!!!

This is the second time I’ve used WSW. Great service and the windows are amazing quality. Would highly recommend!

Had new sash windows fitted in my apartment to replace the single glazed ones that were stuck in the frames. WSW were upfront about the turnaround from quote to fitting and were great with communication, especially where unavoidable delays were concerned. The fitters were professional and did an amazing job whilst on-site; I'm really pleased with the end result and love the new windows.

The windows look great and all went to plan. It’s quite an involved process and multiple visits for measurements and several months for the build work. The team are clear upfront and all went to time. They have done really nice, high quality work.

installation team were considerate.
quality of product good
the wait time of 7 months was extraordinary, and would put me off next time

The quality of the workmanship alongside the friendly, patient and respectful nature of the people who put the doors and sash windows in, made us very happy customers indeed. We could not be happier with how the work was carried out.

Excellent work and great to work with. Highly recommended.

We had 7 sash windows replaced at the front of the house and had a fantastic experience. The finish was of a high quality, and the guys on site were really clean and friendly. From the very beginning, communication and planning was great and they kept us fully up to date during the manufacturing process. We were happy to leave the fitters with a key for the week and crack on with the job whilst we were at work. Highly recommend.

Despite a 6 month lead time for replacement French doors (initial measure up to instalment) it was worth the wait. This company is nothing but professional with expert craftsmanship of the product. The customer service team ensured my requirements were understood and confirmed from design and colour to hardware preference. I did get quotes from other suppliers that came in less expensive but the attention to detail with this company persuaded me to chose them. I would highly recommend Wandsworth Sash Windows

Beautiful windows. Superbly fitted. Really excellently done. Clean up after so good you wouldn’t know someone had been. We are very pleased.

I am really pleased with the work carried out - it's exceeded my expectations! Your two fitters were friendly and hard working. My neighbour says I must go into her garden to see how good they look from the outside!

Wandsworth Sash Windows replaced a sash and frame for us. They had previously replaced or repaired sashes in other windows at our home but this one was too far gone to save.. They are very professional and their surveyor gives excellent advice. Their fitter was very pleasant and all went to plan with the removal of the old window and the installation of the new. It could have been a messy job but he cleared up really well. The plasterwork around the window was made good ready for decorating. We are really pleased with the new window. The sashes run perfectly and this one has the benefit of sealed units so no draughts and a bit of soundproofing too. I would not hesitate to recommend Wandsworth Sash Windows to anyone looking to replace or repair traditional windows, the workmanship is excellent.

amazing - the team were super professional, clear, friendly and easily contactable throughout the whole process - from quote, planning right through to install - brilliant experience - would recommend : )

We had our large bay sash windows refurbished. We received a visit and quote quickly. Before we placed the order we were given a lead time which turned out to be very accurate. The ordering process was clear and easy. The window replacement was done to a high standard by friendly guys. The colour match to the existing paintwork was good. We are really happy with the result.

Excellent and efficient customer service, polite workers and they arrived on time

Tidy & friendly fitters. This is the second batch of windows we have had from WSW. A couple of teething problems were fixed quickly and without fuss.

We were very happy with the professional work carried out on our sash windows by Wandsworth Sash Windows. The re-furb has really improved the windows and solved the drafts, weight issues and ease of opening and closing.
