Excellent bags can't fault them. I've bought several now all fabulous.

My "Coach" bag, £60 described as woven straw is in fact PLASTIC with the missing charm! For the last 4 weeks, since the day it arrived I have been attempting to return this item and they thrown every discount at me to keep the bag. I don't want the bag! It is in it's original plastic covering and took me all of 30 seconds to know it was poor quality. To this day.....I am still with bag!!!

I have contacted you more than 10 times stating that I NEVER received two of my three items I ordered # 512435.

I never received the LV Charlotte Pencil Pouch $49.26 and the LV Cosmetic Pouch MM for $49.26. You claim they were delivered but I have sent pictures of what I received. I am unhappy with your service and request a replacement for each item expressed mail to me asap. If I do not receive a response and proof replacements were resend out I will have to contact my back for full refund.
I am trying to work things out with you before going to my bank. I have waited almost two months for my items and that is not acceptable. Make up brushes were sent instead of pencil pouch and cosmetic pouch.

The quality of the goods were not as expected, have requested return instructions for the last four days. All i keep getting are offers for money off to keep my order to save the shipping cost for the return.
Will not be buying from this company again.

I just received a Coach straw handbag that wasn't what I wanted. I was hoping to return it and order a white Coach handbag. Holly in the service department, suggested I could take a 20% discount and keep the bag or pay for the shipping. I replied asking for a label so I could return it. Immediately, I get a notice that I wasn't a customer, even though I gave the order number and amount. Frustrating!
I continued to write emails with no response! I am taking the purse to a consignment shop and sell it! I will never order anything again from this store. Very poor customer communications!

Bag arrived within just over a week which is great but it is not the same that is in the pictures. I ordered the lv all in bb bag and it came with a key but no padlock, a weird bow design on the tag (which isn’t in the website photo) the coin purse feels so cheap and is a different print to the bag and the zip on it doesn’t work. I would not pay full price for this! Even at £50 I’m not happy. I know it’s fake but it’s a bad fake for the price.
