Ordered book Tuesday evening had it Thursday morning. Arrived in solid packaging, delivery fee was very reasonable. Would definitely purchase from Schoolbooks.ie again.

Really impressed with this school book website! The delivery was incredibly fast. I ordered all the school books and stationery I needed, and everything arrived the very next day.
Everything was well packed, the ordering process was easy, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again! Highly recommended!

Poor customer service
So, I get that all books are not delivered till all stock is in - so you have to wait for the final book to be there before full delivery is sent - but getting customer service to say that is painful. Don’t answer emails, calls or dms.
Calls are a joke - on hold over and over and then they hang up. Should be so much better.

Absolutely dreadful service
Absolutely dreadful service. Books were ordered in June. At the time it said all were in stock. School has now started and still no sign of the books. 1 month ago I contacted them & removed 1 book from order as it wasnt in stock & was told others would be posted that week. Still waiting. No sigh of books. No response by customer service. They don't pick up their phones. DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER

No order received and no customer service!!
Schoolbooks ordered 25th July and nothing delivered! No reply to email, phone calls not answered, WhatsApp messages ignored. Very very poor service! Have they gone out of business as many reviews recently saying the same!! Kids going back to school without books!

I ordered book August 6th and still not delivered. Just showing as pending... I cannot get through on the phone...on hold forever and no answer to the customer care email. My kids start school in 2 days and no books and no customer care

Very disappointing service
Placed an order late July for several books and was informed one of them was out of stock and all books would be shipped at the same time when the last book was in stock (was told this would be within a couple of weeks). It is now a month later and I have spent a week emailing and ringing for an update. No response to emails and the phone is never answered, you are on hold indefinitely. My children are likely returning to school with no books. Very disappointing service.

Terrible service. Repeated calls to thier phone number that are never answered. No reply to email. If I could give no stars I would. They will take your money and not deliver.
