Don't touch if you're expecting cashback
If you take out one of their ISAs because it's the best option for you then fine. If you're motivated by their alleged cashback through sites like TopCashback...don't bother. As I and many others have discovered - they don't pay out the cashback!

Easy & accessible service
There is an easy to use app with quick and accessible information. When having to make contact with a customer service representatives they made the process very straightforward and talked me through all of the information I required.

Can't do instant payments need to wait 10days for them to clear and can't do payments of less than £50 as a single mum of 4 kids who can't work these points male it very difficult to save for my kids futures in a way that is affordable to me.

Did not increase my contributions each year as they were supposed to
My contributions were supposed to increase by 10% each year. This didn't happen, and when I contacted them regarding this, it was still not done. It's as if I had to remember each year so I could remind them. I will not be using them again after this latest one matures. I probably missed out on upwards of £1000 over the lifetime of the policy, they then gave me £60 as a apology

After a bit of research we decided an investment Isa was the product we needed, and Scottish friendly are up there with the best, offering an isa that can grow, but is garanteed to pay out the amount paid in when she reaches 18, i recomended it as a no brainer and now it is created by her parents and I can add to it as well ...
