Body paintwork claim
I had a large patch of seagull poo on the front of my car
I wiped it off very quickly but it had baked on and it took the varnish off the paint! I got in contact with Scotts Trading as I had taken out insurance when I bought the car. They were faultless! Quick answer to my claim ( that same afternoon!) and very helpful, I took it to the recommended body shop who confirmed the damage. Just got it back and what a fantastic job.
Full marks all round.

Truly excellent customer service
Truly excellent customer service. I had lots of little specks all over my car's paintwork which I could not get off. Contacted Scotts and they were really helpful and very quick to get the problem sorted out for me. I think the marks were caused by tree sap and Scotts arranged for a professional car "detailer" to polish out all the spots and re-apply the Safeguard. So pleased with the results. The man who cleaned and applied the paint sealant is obviously very good at his job. The car might look even more glossy than when the car was new and feels like silk.
