Excellent experience - problem free.
Upon purchasing my car I took out a Safegard lifetime guarantee along with a case full of of their car care products. Unfortunately over a few years my black vehicle had a small but noticeable amount of birdlime on it, despite my cleaning it the marks remained. I contacted Scotts Trading and sent in photographs as directed - a very easy process (unlike some other companies). My photos were accepted and I found a local company - SAS car body repairs who accepted the contract to restore the paintwork. After a couple of days my car was returned to me, paintwork looking as good as new.
I am extremely pleased with the whole process and cannot recommend this company highly enough.
