Another very helpful and reassuring appointment with Dr Lytton. Explanations simply answered to questions so it makes the visit most worthwhile

My appointment with the GP went very well and his advice was very helpful

My appointment this morning was everything I could have wished for. A doctor who listened to me carefully and who offered me several options for my problem. He was kind and caring.
Receptionists were warm and welcoming and the waiting area was comfortable. My appointment was on time and there was ample time to discuss my problem. I would without doubt use this service again.

Everyone at SDHC has demonstrated the highest professionalism and courtesy. The clinic is spacious and comfortable. Personally, I have been unable to find any basis for criticism.

As always I received a professional caring service . Would thoroughly recommend this service and cannot praise it highly enough.

The booking in was very good, considering the Doctor I had originally booked with is no longer available and I had to choose a new Doctor and felt nervous. I need not have worried. Dr Al- Shamaa was also excellent. very supportive, intuitive and a very good listener. If you need patient centred as opposed to task centred care, this is the place to go. Well worth the money.

The 30 min time slot meant I could take my time and have a thorough conversation with the doctor without rushing. And the doctor was very good, listened patiently and explained his thinking and diagnosis.

Very good appointment -- we overran slightly (as usual!) but no problem or rush -- good referrals and conversation . Prescription printed instantly and all good.

Dr Lytton was absolutely wonderful & the first doctor to understand my tricky functional Gut problems! Felt totally reassured & will put all the suggestions into practice . The whole Clinic is such an amazing concept and so appreciated.

SDHC private GP service is really excellent. Easy to book an appointment when you need it, and great to see a very professional GP who has the skills to sort out your medical problems, and the time to really listen, and advise in a considered manner. You don't feel you have to rush the appointment, but have plenty of time to discuss any concerns you may have.

It was like doctoring used to be. Time to explain the problem and its history, I was listened to and made to feel like a participant in the process. The GP’s examination and conclusions were shared with me and made sense.
I do maintain that, when a patient does feel the need to see a doctor, he or she is generally unsure about what’s wrong and can be worried or even frightened, and what the patient wants is information and, if possible, reassurance. It’s better to manage a situation when one has clear information about what one is facing.
Whilst I can’t say I skipped out of the consulting room, I certainly left feeling better than I went in,
