Customer service is non-existent. Keep getting a NASTY email from Donnie in collections. I have left numerous messages with the main site and NEVER a response.

All smoke and mirrors for me. The platform seems to be dynamic and powerful, however the real proof is the results very very unhappy with the credit system very misleading only a 1000 a day and not to mention a yearly contract had I known what the true results were here I would have never signed up. Support is fair very lacking in understanding my issues simple question can take up 2 weeks to get a resolve. I am finding out of a 1000 credits which is only for daily use and if you miss a day you lose them. So out of a 1000 I am only finding around 40 usable per day. I have asked for compensation they said you need to buy more credits which by the way is outrageously expensive. We purchased a one-year subscription with the clear understanding that it would not auto-renew. Unfortunately, the company attempted to charge our card without consent. Even more concerning, there was no obvious option to cancel or manage the subscription from the dashboard—something that felt deliberately unclear.

We reached out to customer support several times, explaining that we did not authorize the renewal and wanted to cancel before any charges were made. Their response? That cancellation needed to happen 60 days in advance—a policy that was never clearly communicated at the time of sign-up. It came across as a hidden clause meant to lock users in unfairly.

Beyond billing issues, the data quality was subpar. Many of the leads were outdated or incorrect—several contacts no longer worked at the listed companies. For a tool that promotes itself as a sales intelligence platform, the lack of reliable data was a major letdown.
Overall, between the questionable billing practices, poor support, and low-quality leads, Seamless.AI did not live up to its promises.

I agreed to a one year contact, yet can’t seem to cancel. There was never any mention of an auto renewal, except hidden in the fine print. When I checked on the cancellation I was told 60 days was required and the notice was hidden in a marketing email that I thought was spam. They make it impossible to reach anyone for help and no phone number is available for this type of request. They’ll pass you around to different people via email for months delaying helping you. All of this for a platform with inaccurate data and very high bounce rates.

I used Seamless for 3 years in my business. In 2022 the data was reliable and pricing seemed fair. In early 2024 we started to see a drop in the quality of the data so we tried to cancel our plan. Turns out they locked us into an auto renewing contract without notifying us it was renewing. This was incredibly frustrating and it was impossible to get into contact with anyone on the support team. We were locked into the contract for 3 years before I was able to get it cancelled. It's incredible that a company with absolutely zero customer service survives.

This company has stolen my data.
Any unsollicited phone call, email or message i receive will be blocked and deleted because i will never ever trust a company that has stolen my data or are paying for the stolen data.

We subscribed to Seamless.ai for a year and informed them that we did not wish to renew our subscription. Despite this, our credit card was charged for another full year. We were told that cancellation must occur at least 60 days before the renewal date, a policy that was not made clear when we signed up. Like many users, we assumed we had until the actual renewal date to make that decision.

This 60-day cutoff seems designed to reduce flexibility for customers and trap them into another billing cycle, even when a clear intent to cancel has been communicated. We believe this is a deceptive and unfair billing practice. We formally requested a refund, but our request was ignored. They are unwilling to process refunds, even in cases where the customer has communicated a desire not to renew and has derived no value from the product. Instead of offering support or flexibility, they continue to enforce payment for a product that is no longer wanted or needed, using a rigid and poorly disclosed policy. This approach feels more like a sales trap than a customer-first business model, with the company prioritizing revenue over fairness or transparency.

They are personal data thieves, stealing your personal data from LinkedIn and other sources.

I used Seamless.AI for one year. Without any prior warning, they charged my business card $2,200 for an auto-renewal I never agreed to. I checked all folders (including spam) and even ran a full Office 365 message audit — there were zero renewal notifications received.

Under Florida law (§ 501.165), companies are required to send a clear renewal notice 30–60 days before charging for another annual subscription. Seamless.AI failed to do this, yet they refuse to issue a refund.

Their support team sent me screenshots showing they “sent” emails, but they can’t prove I ever received or opened them. Just clicking “send” isn’t good enough — and it doesn’t meet the legal standard.

I've now filed:

A dispute with my bank

A BBB complaint

A FTC complaint

And I’m preparing a small claims court case in Florida

Sadly, it seems I'm not alone. Many reviews show the same pattern: auto-renewals with no notice, poor customer support, and aggressive billing practices. Beware if you're a small business — Seamless.AI may not be as seamless as advertised.

If I had actually looked these scammers up I wouldn't have wasted my money. Lesson learned.

I had been using Apify to scrape Apollo with decent success. Someone from Seamless.ai got in my ear and I had a blonde moment. I thought that if I could get 1,000 leads per day that were quality I'd be doing better than simply scraping Apollo with Apify.

Big mistake. I only got 300/1000 useable leads. I considered usable as having a 80%+ verified company email. If I were to waste time every day to get those 300 leads it would be a huge waste of time compared to simply scraping leads using Apify's Apollo scraper, and nowhere near enough leads to meet the needs of myself and my clients.

I just spent an hour scraping the exact same leads I tried to get on Seamless.ai using Apify/Apollo, but instead of 300 I got 7000+ for about $10. With Seamless that would have taken me weeks and it would have cost a lot more. Using Apify, you can get 1000 leads for only $1.20.

Run away from Seamless. The sales people lie to you. I told them my needs and they told me that I could get 1000 leads per day. What they didn't tell me is that only a small percentage were good.

I set the email reliability to 80%+ and got 300 leads. If I set it to 95%+ I would have only had about 120 leads. Pathetic.

Again, wish that I was as smart as you are. If I would have read these Trust Pilot reviews I never would have fallen for their scam.

Now I have to contact my bank and try to block the monthly payments they'll try to take from me. Huge waste of time and money.

There are better lead sources out there. Check out Full Enrich, or another one if you're looking for the type of services Seamless offers. If you just need verified emails use Apify to scrape Apollo and then double check the emails with Mails.so or the like.

Data is very unreliable and they will automatically renew your contract without a notice and will also increase price without notice.

I'm able to gather information about potential clients which is amazing, but I can't keep track of who I'm contacting, or at least if that's an option in seamless.AI I'm unaware of it.
Other than that, the software is pretty good.

Beware of Seamless AI. This product does not deliver as advertised. High bounce Rate. Additionally, extremely difficult to cancel your subscription.

As a business owner who relies heavily on accurate data for outreach, my experience with Seamless AI was extremely underwhelming. Unfortunately, the sales team made several claims that turned out to be misleading, seemingly just to close the deal.

The biggest issue was data accuracy. The majority of the contact information I received was outdated; disconnected phone numbers and inactive email addresses were common. Despite their advertised 50% match rate for lead enrichment, I found that at least half of those "matches" contained inaccurate or stale data. That brings the actual usable match rate closer to 25%, which simply doesn't justify the cost.

I’ve since transitioned to other platforms like Apollo, Lead Magic, and Lusha Systems. All of them offer far more robust features and, more importantly, consistently deliver accurate, up-to-date information.

This review isn’t intended to bash the company — just to provide a fair warning to others. In my opinion, there are better, more reliable solutions available that offer greater value for your time and budget.

BEWARE of the FORCED RENEWAL for ANOTHER FULL YEAR! They have a 60-DAY NOTICE period, and if you miss it by a day or week, they’ll automatically renew your contract, WITHOUT sending a single renewal reminder email. It’s CLEAR this is a tactic to squeeze as much as possible from each customer.

After two paid years with Seamless AI—I tried to cancel. Instead of a clean exit, they let my plan auto-renew without a single heads-up, and rejected my cancellation even though there was 0 usage on my account since the "renewal" came up. When I contacted support, their exact line was: “It’s not a requirement to notify you.”

No reminder email, no courtesy notice, no phone call, just a copy-pasted policy.

They refused to prorate, refund, or even acknowledge the inactivity on my account.

I’ve used plenty of SaaS tools; most give at least one warning before locking you in. Seamless AI chose silence, took the money, and left a loyal customer feeling trapped.

Not only that...the data isn't even that good. Use Apollo or countless other competitors...

Horrible customer support. I had never used the product and opened a ticket for help with configuring for Hubspot and they sent me a link to a knowledgebase. I replied stating I needed more help, thinking they may offer real life support and they sent me a link to some videos. For the price they charge, I expected some support.
