Absolutely terrible data. They make it impossible to cancel, auto renew you when you tell them not to. Now I have to charge them back and stop all charges.

AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY.

Seamless had great potential when their sales person sold it to us. But we found the data was less than reliable and it was expensive for a platform we were not using.
After contacting them multiple times, they refuse to cancel and keep sending us invoices to pay annual contracts! When you try to login, you cannot cancel, it shows you past due and to update your cc. What an absolute scam. Using dark tactics to make you keep paying by disallowing you to cancel, instead of having a great product that clients want to pay to use.
Shame on seamless for really awful business practices.

Our experience was pretty bad with seamless AI. We are a logistics brokerage and we trusted their sales person when they told us that their emails were 85% accurate, that was in fact not the case, their emails were about 30% accurate and we stopped using the service even though we paid for a full year at $1650. Furthermore, when you sign their contract, you are automatically signing up for auto renewal, which means they charge your account and they did this to us. When we reached out to try to settle an agreement to be charged only for the month of the new year, they basically told us to kick rocks. Terrible service, terrible data, will never recommend to anyone and will never use again. Apollo is 1000 times better.

Beware of this company. I got an email saying I could opt out from their data processing - altough I never had anyting to do with this company. To opt-out they want to collect a lot of data - why would I send them even more data if I want to get deleted from their database? I remember that I already did that opt-out some time ago, now it seems they "forgot" that.

"John" was the most recent rep who spammed me repeatedly.
Spam, annoying texts and calls all hours of day- Sundays before 9am too.
Dont do their research. Reference father who owned the business 3 years prior, before he died.
Very rude contact as I ask them to not get in touch anymore and will just send spam message from another number.
Dont do business w a company that has enough free time to decide to retarget you maliciously after you explain how they dont do their research and am not interested...

I recieved an email apparently from seamless.ai, but it was extremely suspicious. They used an email address which I had only used with nextdoor.co.uk for 1 day, so not sure how they obtained it. They also sent it via a BCC, typically done when mass mailing rather than from an automated system. The email wasn't from the seamless.ai domain, but all links in the email pointed to that domain. The email was a "Personal Data Privacy Notice", with instructions to opt out if you didn't want to be bound by the new terms. Having never heard of them before, this was already suspicious, and the form asking for all of you personal details in order to opt out of processing you personal details is a HUGE RED FLAG.

I suspect nextdoor.co.uk has had a data breach, semless.ai has bought the possibly limited dataset, and is now attempting to collect a more complete profile of personal data to sell on or use for other scams.

Got a call and listened to the sales pitch. Have to make a decision the same day or you don't get the pricing. Was basically oversold something I don't need and they aren't willing to work with you. Just throw the contract that I already have a copy of back in my face.

They hire shady spam callers to find company numbers online and basically harass them into signing up. Just got one of their spam calls. Politely asked the spam caller to stop calling me. 3 attempts at this during the call and he still continued to push with his garbage sales pitch. Hung up on him. Take a hint. Quit calling random companies that have shown no interest in wanting to hear from you.

I wish it wasnt a star for a company to only provide a tool that wasnt efficient then go after my business for services never used is sad. It speaks to the quality of your product. Now I see why the sales call felt like a bunch of old car salesman. This company do not support small businesses just found a fast money grab opportunity

In general, we found their email address accuracy to be very poor. We tried to cancel our account multiple times after not logging in for 6 months. We were then told that we missed the 60 day cancellation window. I would strongly suggest saying away seamless.ai.

Predatory renewal practices. They require 60 days advance written notice of cancellation and they do not send you notifications for pending renewals. I forgot I even had the service and was forced into a renewal The account manager, who I had to schedule an "exit interview" with to request cancellation did not care and insisted this was industry standard practice. The subscription management process is intentionally cumbersome and outright hostile to the end user. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible predatory company, bad business practices, will leak your information to scammers. Attempted to charge my card countless times after I cancelled and now sent my account to a collections agency fro $600... I didn't even know that was possible, it's a SaaS company lol I'm not paying it, ever. They took down their google business profile and are attempting a rebrand to hide these complaints. Fellow reviewers stick together in the plight of not letting anyone else be trapped into this extremely unethical business.

Used it for 2 years and I would say the contact information is 40% accurate AT BEST, and that often entails calling and emailing 3-6 #s/emails to find the right one. More importantly, however, is their lack of response when I asked to cancel my renewal. I am very close to having to shutdown my business, shared with them my financials, and they still wouldn't allow me to cancel or PAUSE the 3rd year of my 3-year contract.

Seamless.ai is the worst company in the world. I told them 2 months before my year contract was up I was going to cancel. Of course the rep did not honor that and renewed me for another year. They charged me $161 twice for two months before I cancelled my card. Now they are sending me to a collection agency. I tried to call them and even emailed their billing with no response. Now I am reading their reviews and people are saying the exact same thing.

Horrible Customer Service, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! They will not help you and they do not notify you of a renewal until they have already charged you for another year EVEN IF YOU NOTIFY THEM THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL!!! Total scam. And their software isn't worth the price of subscription. This is just a company trying to get your credit card to continually charge you.

Seamless.AI is a complete scam, and their software is nowhere near what they advertise. It all started with a cold call from one of their sales reps, Daniel Anderer, who convinced me to join a demo call. I was hesitant, but he insisted it would be quick and showcase how the software could help my business.

During the demo, Daniel praised the software, claiming it was perfect for cold outreach and data generation. I repeatedly explained that I reach out to small businesses, which typically lack extensive online data, and I was skeptical about how effective Seamless.AI would be for my needs. Daniel reassured me multiple times that the software could handle this and would provide accurate data. Based on his persistent assurances, I decided to purchase a 12-month license for $1,500.

After two and a half months of use, Seamless.AI has been the worst data tool I’ve ever used. 7 out of 10 leads contain outdated or completely incorrect information, missing phone numbers, or, in some cases, no contact info at all—just a company name and a website. Many leads appear promising at first glance, only to have incorrect names, phone numbers, and emails. The software simply does not work as promised.

When I reached out to support, they kept passing me around from department to department, offering no real help. I eventually booked a meeting with Connor Swanson, an SDR at Seamless.AI, clearly stating in my email that I wanted to cancel my agreement early due to the product’s failure to deliver. The day before our meeting, Connor called me directly. Initially, he seemed understanding, but after some back and forth, his tone became rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. He completely ignored my concerns and canceled our scheduled meeting because he “didn’t want to go back and forth.” Instead of addressing my issues, he aggressively insisted that I keep using the software and “find a way to make it work.”

This company relies on misleading sales tactics and locks customers into non-refundable contracts for an inferior product. Avoid Seamless.AI at all costs. I’m now in the process of filing legal complaints and taking further action against them.

This company ruined my life...
They auto renewed our subscription and I had to pay $2000 out of my own pocket when we haven't used the service in MONTHS and they renewed it for another 12 months which would be completely useless to me.

I begged them to refund me the money since it would ruin my livelihood for the next few months losing such a big amount of money.
They had zero empathy and refused to refund even though I literally did not use the service and they would not have lost any money from any potential usage.

They are so predatory and don't care about you as a human and just want your money...
There's absolutely no reason they had to renew me for another 12 months and I begged so many times to have it changed to one month at least so I don't lose an entire month's salary on it, but they did not give a shit.
I am so upset but I tried everything and there was nothing I could do...

I hope karma hits them and I hope no one else has to go through what I, and seems like many other users, had to!!

Many customers also recount experiences with sales reps who deliver excellent pitches and personal promises of support—only to vanish once a contract is signed. This lack of communication and refusal to address legitimate product concerns only intensifies the sense of being scammed.

Ultimately, between misleading sales tactics, glitchy software, outdated data, and a contract designed to lock users in, Seamless.ai appears to prioritize revenue extraction over customer satisfaction. Even if the tool did provide some benefits, the negative experience surrounding its support and billing systems would still overshadow any successes. For anyone searching for a dependable lead generation or sales platform, there are far better, more transparent, and more genuinely supportive options out there.

Scam service that sits behind a contract after a "loaded" demo and then fights you to cancel the contract after not being able to deliver the services that were demoed. Check out their BBB reviews. Save yourself the money and headache and use a different services.

Probably the worst combination of product / customer service that I've ever experienced in my professional career. The product was outdated / inaccurate. It would also freeze or be really slow quite often. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I tried to cancel but apparently the sales rep put in auto monthly renewal for a commercial sale (I purchased it on my own on month to month - so I thought). They turned off access but continued to bill me and then sent me to debt collection. I feel absolutely scammed.
