- You can book on our easy-to-use app or website at any time. Book for the same day, or organise up to a month in advance. You can book appointments for any time from 7am - 10pm, meaning we can fit around your working schedule. We always do our absolute best to accommodate all appointment requests.

- We know it's easy to build up a relationship with your beauty therapist and our app makes it easy to book your favourites. You can mark therapists from previous appointments as your favourites and when you make your next booking, you can send your request directly to them. If they are not available, you can then extend to the rest of our elite professionals.

We offer free cancellation if you cancel over 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours but we are able rearrange your appointment there will be no charge.

Excellent customer service
Secret Spa was great in finding me a hairdresser in an area that I was not from. They were super helpful in finding me a replacement hairdresser too when my hairdresser couldn’t fit me in. The customer service was excellent with constant updates and sending me profiles to view.

Reliable and flexible
Fast, efficient and did the styles completely as asked. Also really appreciated fitting us in on a Sunday morning when we needed it most. Would highly recommend.

Perfect option for at home treatments
I booked a spray tan through a secret spa to help me fit bridesmaid prep into my hectic work schedule and I'm so glad I did! My therapist was brilliant, professional, put me at ease and made spot on recommendations tailored to me. Helped to take a bit of stress out of a very stressful few days.

Communication was great from Secret…
Communication was great from Secret Spa. The hair/make up artist ran 45 minutes late but she was efficient and listened to the brief. I had lots of compliments about my make up and up do.

Laura arrived on time
Laura arrived on time, she was really pleasant, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about makeup. She listened to my needs and my makeup was amazing.

Multiple last minute cancellations as…
Multiple last minute cancellations as could not find a therapist. I have been a regular customer and was unwell for one booking and asked to reschedule and they refused and charged me 90 pounds.
Re the below response;
I requested an appointment 3 days ahead of time and was told it would not go ahead the night before. The same week, I fell ill the day before another appointment, asked if it could be rescheduled as felt I would be infectious, was told that this was not possible. I then asked to keep the booking (minutes after cancelling) if I was going to be charged and they refused.

I’m really sorry to hear you’ve been left feeling disappointed. We understand how frustrating last-minute changes or cancellations can be, especially when you’ve been a loyal customer and had made arrangements around your bookings.
To clarify, the booking you referred to as cancelled was actually a request for a specific therapist who, unfortunately, was not available. As this wasn’t a confirmed appointment, it was cancelled and fully refunded.
Regarding the charge you’ve mentioned, this relates to a confirmed booking that was cancelled within 12 hours of the start time. As our professionals are freelance and hold time in their diaries exclusively for confirmed clients, our 24-hour cancellation policy ensures they’re still compensated when cancellations happen at short notice. In this case, your therapist was unable to secure another appointment in that time.
We’re very sorry that this has impacted your experience with us and appreciate your feedback.

I had Nicola do my spray tan for my wedding and she was amazing! I loved the final result, not one streak mark. She made me feel very comfortable and guided me through the tan and after care well. I will defiantly be booking myself in for another spray tan again soon

Cancelled 5 mins before app then…
Cancelled 5 mins before app then rebooked for next day and lady showed up without the right equipment! Really wasted my time and stressed me out.. not what you want before a holiday when you don’t even get the treatment you wanted
Replying to your message below the second person who came this morning forgot half the equipment to do the spray!! Someone else then came two hours later who did do it (third time lucky!) but was so close to when I had to go away it all washed off in the shower..
such a disaster don’t waste your time

Fantastic experience! The therapist was very professional, knowledgeable and met all of my expectations. She styled my hair with a lots of extensions just the way I wanted. And she had a very calming and pleasant personality. I recommend her highly.

April arrived perfectly to time and was superb. She took time to understand exactly what we wanted, created just the looks we wanted but with her own flair and suggestions. Our hair still looked great after a very hot and long day at Ascot. I would highly recommend her and the Secret Spa experience.
