Signing up with secure one was one of the biggest financial mistakes in my life. For starters I was promised up and down multiple times that if I payed my payment on time every month for 6 months I was guaranteed a loan at that time. This is a complete lie. There goal is to keep you on there program for as long as possible so they can make as much money off a struggling person as possible. 2nd there customer service is absolutely terrible!!! There is nobody assigned to your plan so you have to call and wait on hold for 30+ minutes just to speak to someone. I have never spoken to anyone after I signed up that could speak clear English. They were rude and inconsiderate! I waited on hold for long periods of time multiple times to end up being hung up on “accidentally” and they will not call you back I promise. My time with secure one they negotiated 2 deals with creditors. The deals were so bad that after I would have payed them off I would have spent more money then I actually owed in the first place. Besides all the lies and being on hold/hung up on and they’re terrible deals. When I finally realized how bad I was being ripped off I seeked guidance from others that had gone through similar situations. I then opted out of the program and the money left in my account was not returned to me! In fact I was told I owed them a few thousand more but they would settle for the small amount in my escrow account. So after paying these thieves 5-6 thousand dollars my debt has not diminished at all!!! It has increased!! And they refused to give me any money back!!! My question is where is my money? It’s in there pockets. These people do not care about you, the last thing they want to do is give you a loan and help you settle your debt. They literally steal from you and have no shame in stealing from someone who is struggling. It is disgusting how crooked this company is. I want some of the money I shelled out to this company back. I literally starved to pay these people every two weeks. I could go on forever!! But bottom line is DO NOT TRUST a word they say. It’s a scam. I am now in more debt and out of 5 grand that I could have payed off the creditors myself with. Biggest mistake of my life financially and the company I am now working with which is great by the way is helping me legally to retrieve all the money that was taken from me. I was robbed and lied to and in the end I am in a worse position then before I signed up with secure one. They will get what they deserve!!! Please stay away from them! I promise you will lose in the end!!
