We are delighted with the end product. The conservatory is of high quality and looks fantastic.

I have dropped a star because I was not particularly happy with how the process started with our sales rep Michael Timberlake. It felt a little sleezy at times, to an extent we had to call SEHBAC to actually verify who he was as it felt like a scam. It could be much more streamlined and digitalised.

But as soon as the surveyor David Gibson got involved it was much more professional and streamlined. Standard of service from this point on was excellent. Special mention to the builders too!

Overall, very happy with SEH BAC.

Everything was great from start to finish. No Haggling no "special discount" No obligation or pressure to choose them. High quality work done in an excellent time frame.

Very happy with price and service. Gav H the installer was very efficient, thorough and cheerful. Exactly how customer facing staff should be. A credit to the company.

SEHBAC came to survey and noted scaffolding would be required. Once we got our install date the scaffolders came 4 days before and set up. The windows and front door were replaced in a day and were very good quality and solid. The two installers Marc and Nigel were excellent, polite and cleared up after themselves. Their quality of workmanship was second to none and I would highly recommend them.
We will definately be using them again as everything ran like clockwork Thank you for a superb job.

Terrible driver. Driver hit my car, and lied not admitting liability. If they drive and dragged out responses from company to contact insurance company. Would not use them if this is how they treat the public.

We recently used SEH BAC to replace 9 windows and were very pleased with the service from start to finish. The window fitters John and Paul were excellent, very hard working and professional. Despite the freezing weather they worked non stop and always left the house clean and tidy. Thank you to both. Many thanks also to Gary who project managed and made sure all went smoothly. We thoroughly recommend this company with their ethos and great team.

Gav H arrived nice and early and fitted the door beautifully. All tidied up afterwards, explained how the door locked and the features. Lovely door and a job well done. Really pleased.

I've left it for a year before I did a review to give it a fair review of the windows and doors and service we received.

After having 5 quotes for new windows and doors in our house we decided to go with fineline/seh bac windows.Some window quotes from other companies were of a lesser quality (in our opinion)and some wanted 95% deposit before we took delivery of the products,this did not fit comfortably with us.Seh bac offered a £99 down and a 12 month 0% interest free option with pay in full with no fees as long as you don't go past the 12 months.This gave us confidence to use this company as the 12 month period does not start until we have signed a satisfactory certificate.

We had the windows and doors fitted by Marc and Nigel who were great guys and great fitters.

Darren the Works manager was helpful professional and fair he made sure that if there was something we did not like or were worried about he would come out address the problem and sort the problem if needed.

We did have some issues one door and french doors moved in the frames, one window frame was damaged french doors had a scratch across the frame and the doors, some of the glass fitted were scratched an escuseun plate (where the key goes in) went rusty on one of the front doors. Some of the windows that opened moved slightly causing the handles locking mechanism to hit the striking plate when closing.Long door handle scratched.
All above were fixed to our satisfaction, (except 1 peace of glass ) glass scratches were a little bit hard work and negotiation as there are certain conditions which we were told that they were allowed to supply and fit scratch glass....which i still don't agree with.

After a year of having our windows fitted what can we say other than we love them the style of frame that we chose is absolutely fantastic the colour which was anthracite we love.
We loved using the company their professionalism their options to pay and would definitely use them again for other projects that we have coming up.

It was a big decision and a big cost for us and at the end seh bac did everything they promised and more.

Our garage doors were 30 years old and needed replacing. Had a competitive quotation from SEH BAC who did a great job installing them. Big shout out to Andy & Aaron who fitted them.

From start to finish we had great service. The salesman (Gus) was very knowledgeable and helped us with our decision. Stacey from reception was very friendly and kept us informed what was happening. Gav T installed our new door yesterday and we couldn't be happier. He was a great guy, very friendly and professional and gave so much attention to detail. We would 100% recommend SEH.
