I ordered this watch hoping to have a smart fitness watch that was more stylish.
Don't waist your time or money on this product.
My Fitbit versa 4 is so much better than this watch. I am so sorry that I purchased this item.
Can't seem to reset any of the values that are already on the watch.
Sad I spent the money on this!
Delivery took a long time and then was so disappointed at the performance.

I ordered a ladies wrist watch, I already had one, this was slightly different as it was silver. While it arrived quickly, when I opened it the bracelet doesnt have a clasp. So I have a bracelet watch I cant put on. There is no clasp to open it. It is clearly defective. I have written to customer service but not received a reply. Very unhelpful, it looks like it will have to be returned. Not happy at all

The watch worked fine for 9 months then the second finger jammed. Although under guarantee, the claim form is the most cumbersome and seems to have been created by a beginner at form design. It is unstable on my mobile phone.
Admittedly the watch only cost £30 but I liked its simple design...I have a Breitling but it is too heavy for normal use. The cost of a replacement battery at Timpsons was going to be £19...until the honest technician told me tgat the battery was fine but that the second finger was faulty....it is amost not worth the effort to claim replacement but I will and send a follow up summary.

I purchased a sekonda watch on 7/5/2026 on the DFS ferry within 3 days the strap had broken. On my way home 15/5/2026 I tried to take it back and was told I should get in touch with you. When looking at 2year warranty it says straps are not covered. I purchased super glue and tried to stick it came unstuck again. I feel I’ve been let down and would bd reluctant to purchase another sekonda watch. I now have to purchase and pay for a new strap to be put on.

I purchased a Sekonda Airborne Mens Watch, however the winder dropped off after just over a year, I contacted the team at Sekonda who were brilliant. Sent it back to them and they sent me a new watch almost by return of post, when communicating with them they were really nice as well as professional. Great company to deal with and would recommend their services.

Purchased a Sekonda as a day to day watch and, initially, really happy, great looks and love the mesh strap but..
They boast about a two year guarantee but when, after six and a half months, the watch stopped I contacted them to be told probably a battery issue (my thought too) which the guarantee doesn’t cover, only cover batteries for six months!
How misleading is that!!
My other watches from Rotary and Skagen were supplied with batteries that lasted two years plus.
BUYER BEWARE.

Absolutely crap. My watch stopped workiing within one week. Reported it after several emails and to and for I was accused of charging the watch with a fast charger....which I dont possess. I charged the watch with the USB cable that was supplied. DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH.

Absolutely rubbish company Absolutely rubbish customer service don't buy from this company. bought a sekonda watch not a year old and Leather strap snapped so looked online but couldn't find one so emailed Sekonda who's reply who dont stock parts or straps and suggested i vist my local Timsons see if they could help as this strap is unique to this watch so now have a watch thats no good so just bought a new watch from TIMEX lot more reliable company and better quality strap

Make it difficult to claim under guarantee.

Filled out the online claim form to make a claim under guarantee as the second hand baton has fallen off. The form asks lots of questions including the order number. However, I received a generic response saying that my full proof of purchase was not provided (Day/Month/Year). I had already sent this in the form.

Even if this had not been provided there is enough information given on that form for Sekonda to locate my original purchase as I bought from them directly. They are clearly creating unnecessary barriers to stop people from claiming.

I bought a watch less than 5 weeks ago and it is faulty already. I made a warranty claim and now have to return it using a tracked service (at my expense) so it can be inspected. It was a relatively cheap watch so I'm disappointed that can't just replace it and I return the original.

Bought a Sekonda active pro smart watch, it arrived nice good looking time piece, quite light, not bad on battery life etc...
But then discovered high inaccuracy in measurements of activities, especially swimming, I got some wild results, some of it was about 50-60% off from reality, and got different measurements for the same distance every time, so it is inaccurate in inaccuracy even.
Then after few months of use, suddenly the display went black, no response to any buttons or connecting it to its charger. Tried to fill a guarantee claim form on the Sekonda website, but after few steps providing some details, there is no option to step forward or processing nothing. So a claim can't be made, very upsetting.
At the moment I am trying to connect them other ways, not much luck so far.
Overall, nice looking piece from a trustworthy brand, but absolutely rubbish in its functionality.

I purchased a ladies smart watch direct from the Sekonda website because they were offering the best deal, they were cheaper than anywhere else and postage was free too.

The watch arrived super fast and was well packaged.

I returned the watch after a couple of weeks though because I didn’t get on with it - it needed charging twice daily.

The return was quickly dealt with and I was given a full refund straight away.

Fantastic customer service experience from start to end just a pity about the watch.

I can't get the charger to stay on , just got it for my bday. The help page is awful

Very poor quality watch. I would never consider buying another one. So disappointing as it was only about three months old. All the shop would consider was to send it to their workshop which would have meant I was without a watch for probably a couple of weeks.
