Atrocious experience - DO NOT do business with them. I wish I had checked here first. I cannot find a way to communicate with them now and have two products that are of terrible quality and fit. The website says ‘opening soon’ and all order information contains zero reply or contact details. I have wasted time over 6 weeks trying to pursue this.

I wish I had read trust pilot first. We were fortunate in that the swimwear was good but I ordered 2 sizes with the intention of returning one.
However, there is no return address available and you never get one despite the "helpful" emails which are concerned about your problem.

Absolute fraudsters. They hide behind the image of a local family owned brand with quality products when in fact they’re peddling cheap shit imported from Asia. Items are not the same as shown on the website and they refuse point blank to refund at their expense when it’s clearly false advertising. DON’T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

This company is a complete scam, dont touch them with a bargepole.

After refusing their 15% final offer refund on a dress that was only fit for the bin I got in touch with my credit card company and asked for a charge back or a refund under Section 75 of the consumer rights act. After filling in tedious forms I finally got my refund from my Credit Card Company. For everyone's information Selby and Rose are advertising under different names so always check their credibility via Trust Pilot. From now on I always will.

I sent off for two items of different sizes. They arrived after about 3 weeks and I’ve no complaint about the quality.
However I want to return one of the items but am unable to find out how to get a refund. Their website simply posts a sign that says opening shortly and my e mails are returned unsent. How can I get a refund from this company and send back the smaller item that hasn’t even been opened?

Don’t ever buy from this company! I ordered 2 dresses off their website which looked perfect for a wedding, but when they came the quality is very cheap and the fit is awful. The material feels like nylon and for the price I expected the dresses to be lined, which they weren’t. They say you have a 14 day returns policy but after sending 7 different messages asking for their returns address I got no response. So I contacted my credit card company and they put a hold on the payment pending investigation. The next day I had a response from Selby and rose asking why I had done this?? Really! I then got an another message of them offering me 15% refund to keep the stuff or 20% of my next order. I’ve replied saying I want a full refund and am still awaiting a response with their return address! I don’t think I’ll ever see my £85 again, so steer well clear of this company!!

Update on my previous review.
I refused the numerous AI generated responses from this appalling company offering 10%, 15%, then 20% if I kept the awful dress they sent me. Instead I contacted my credit card company and asked for a chargeback.
The form they sent me was quite laborious to fill in, but I persevered and today I got my money refunded to my credit card. Certainly worth giving it a go!!

Terrible company to deal with. Complete lack of communication and item ordered was of very poor quality. Colour and fit not at all as shown on the website. No acknowledgement of the order or order number to track without having to contact them.
Have been waiting for 2 weeks for details of how to get a refund and website no longer accessible.

ABSOLUTE SCAM- I ordered some dungarees and when they eventually turned up, they were only vaguely similar to what was advertised… the patterns on the fabric were roughly similar, but they made out of the sort of material you’d use for a one use fancy dress costume and were stocked together by what looked like a complete amateur . There were a weird shape and a complete joke! Absolutely appalling.
They are impossible to contact and I’m still waiting for any sort of communication/ response at all.
It’s bizarre that they would bother sending me anything- they should have just stolen my money.

I don’t know how to report them- I’ve just simply been robbed.

I really wish I'd checked reviews for this company before I ordered from them. The quality of the dress I ordered was cheap and horrible, and in no way what I was expecting. The website is really misleading, and doesn't make it clear that the products are sent from China! When I contacted them about returning my item they were very quick to respond, but now that I've returned it, I haven't received my refund and they're not replying to any of my messages. I just hope that I can get my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! it’s a scam!! They are showing Trustpilot 4.5stars but I’m sure this can’t be true. Email after I purchased was polite but after receiving my order & wanting to return I’m getting no replies. Bought on my credit card so should get a refund

It is horrendous!I loved 2 dresses and ordered and the quality is dreadful. It’s like a piece of crappy fabric. I would not even use it for cleaning!!! Disaster!
Do not order from them!!!! They are definitely fake! The pictures don’t cover the reality!

I ordered 3 dresses which were received after some weeks. The fabric is of poor quality and I wish to return them for a full refund. I have emailed twice and received no response. Is this company still operating?

The actual product is nothing like the image - shapeless, blurred print and very very poor nylon material - returns policy is an absolute scam - do not buy from this company - feel robbed.

Made the mistake of buying a pair of dungarees without checking the company first. The photo looked good. What I was sent was utterly worthless junk of a quality you’d be disappointed with on a cheap child’s toy. Do not go anywhere near this place - it’s a con .

Don’t order from this company, it’s definitely a scam, and en though their emails are very polite and apologetic they do don’t sent you the item you ordered, like all the other reviews, they send you some nasty cheap dress which has no resemblance to the one you ordered!!
They have sent me two now and neither are what I ordered, even though after the first one they promised to send the correct one!

Awful. The garment does not resemble the advert - no response from customer services. Doesn’t arrive from Manchester, slow boar from China, doesn’t arrive beautifully packaged. Avoid.

I can only echo what others have said. Really awful material, didn't fit right, and so far they have offered me a 15% discount if I will keep it rather than send it back. Which I have turned down.

First got concerned when the tracker showed a very long delivery time from China! This company has never seen Manchester! The items arrived in plastic bags with no company details enlosed. First thoughts on swim wear, poor quality and not as shown. The dress was even worse quality material and looked like a sack. I wrote to them for the return address, took 4 days to get an email asking for more detail on why I wanted to return the items and no address. Time now running out on return period particularly based on posting times to China. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.
