Absolutely appalling clothing. Get a response for my refund.
They were happy to respond to my emails when I had questions. As soon as I request a refund. Silence. I wish I'd looked at the reviews before buying. Can't believe the quality

I’d rate it a zero if I could. Absolute nightmare. First of all the dress was nothing like the picture on the website. Picture looks like cotton with a texture pattern, but it was a cheap polyester fabric with the pattern actually just printed on the fabric. The finish was very poor too, bits of thread hanging off. To finish it off there was a dirty mark on the front of the dress. Same as all the other reviews, when I tried to return it, I was offered 20% partial refund and told to keep the dress. I told them it had a fault, the dirty mark, plus it was very poor quality. I was again offered 20% refund. I told them I didn’t want the dress, I quoted UK consumer law, it wasn’t fit for purpose. Again offered 20% off and they suggested I wash it to remove the dirty mark, and also to take it to a local tailor who would be able to fix the loose thread issue. Eleven emails later, after I threatened them with Trading Standards, they still come back and offer me 50% off this time and suggested I keep, or gift or give to a charity shop. I gave up. I took the 50% refund, washed the dress to give to charity. The dirty mark was a stain, didn’t come off, so it ended up in the bin.
Lesson learned .

Slow delivery - ordered on 3rd, received on 20th August, but tracking was accurate (& apologetic). But nice item, as described.

The dress I ordered took 3 weeks to arrive. Although it was a nice style the dress and material bore no resemblance to what was advertised. I wish I’d read Trustpilot too. Pointless trying for a refund as they are in China. Please avoid

The dress that arrived after 15 days, bore no resemblance to the dress that was ordered.
You have the right to use section 75 of the sale of goods act to reclaim your money. I shall be doing that.

Update, emailed saying I rejected the goods as they were NOT as advertised & they were required to send me a pre-paid slip to return it, if no action I would be claiming the full price back via my bank using section 75 of the sale of goods act. I received an email back saying they would refund the full price back to my debit card within 10 days!! If a no show, I will use section 75 & I urge everyone to do the same.

Have had the full refund into my bank account & told to donate the dress 💃💃💃

They wouldn’t accept return and said I had to make my own arrangements to return it to China. It cost me £16.
Do not buy from this company.

It isn't clear that the products are shipping from East Asia ie China! It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, though the tracking was very accurate. Then to return an item I have to pay the shipping to East Asia! A bit cheeky when you call yourselves a British company. I had bought 2 of the same item in different sizes as I have never bought from this company before.

The item I purchased was nice and fitted well but looked very different from the pictures online. Material much more lightweight. But as I liked it anyway and it seems well made it worked out OK.

After taking weeks to arrive, the dress that came was a very poor copy of the dress I thought I’d ordered on the website. I requested a return, but was informed that I would have to pay shipping costs, so eventually, after much to-ing and fro-ing, I settled for a %refund: £5.99 on a £39.95 dress. Buyer beware… I have now given the dress to the local charity shop.

One word....Avoid!!

Doesn’t deserve a star. DO NOT ORDER from this website. It is a scam. The only time you will be given an address is when you start to ask questions. It is an address in China. You will repeatedly be offered a 15% partial refund with the suggestion that you don’t bother trying to return and perhaps you should donate the garment to charity. Any claim about UK standards and a boutique in Manchester are entirely false. I will always check reviews on trustpilot in future.

Disappointed with the fabric. Feels cheap. Will keep as cost of sending back is not worth the hassle when I wear them around the house.

I tried to cancel order immediately but they failed to respond. Goods still arrived- after two weeks and were appalling quality. Return is exorbitant and I don’t trust they will refund me and would be more money down the drain. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Scam! Product was different from the picture. Cheap polyester material. Address in Manchester but product from China. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The colour of the garment was great but the material is much thinner than anticipated and the size is definitely on the large side. think you need to offer an extra small as well as a small.

Dreadful company , scam company with a fake Manchester U.K. address . They sell cheap clothes out of China which are not represented correctly by the pictures they display on their website . They state they offer 100% refunds if you return the items within 14 days what they don’t say is you have to return them to China , pay the cost of return plus customs and any import tariffs that are incurred in returning the items so you end up paying more than you started ! Do not shop with this company they are scammers .

The goods I received were not the ones I ordered. The quality is very poor. The material is cheap polyester and will be very uncomfortable to wear in any heat.
The return is to the Far East so the postage costs mean that it is not a viable option.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Quality not very good would only wear about the house

I ordered from this company in July. The dresses took a month to arrive, and are clearly NOT from the UK as advertised. The dresses are made of cheap and nasty thin polyester, shapeless and a downright waste of money. Straight in the bin. You live and you learn.
