Don't deserve any stars...... This company is a complete scam. I wish I had read reviews etc before ordering. They use other legitimate companies photos, steal your money and send you nothing. Do Not get ripped off by this company. Everything about them is a lie. Dresses they are taking, £49.99 for are £8 on Temu.... Exact same photo and model. This company needs shutting down.

Do not purchase from this company, it’s a scam. They are not a Manchester company, Mercé Company T/A Selby & Rose is based outside of the UK, they may not be bound by UK law. They claim to be bound by the laws of the Netherlands they are an organisation that has been set up outside of the UK.

Dress nothing like picture. Very poor quality. Despite having UK address, return is to China, tracked and buyers expense. Will never use again.

Delivery took a lot longer than expected, but my query on this was dealt with promptly to explain. I’m very happy with the product.

Package took ages to arrive, items were substandard quality. Have to email them to request a return, they offer 15% discount if you keep the items, or you have to pay to return to China (despite maerketing themselves as based in Manchester). Will not use again, and would urge others not to

Very disappointed with Isla dress received nothing like picture. Cheap material no pockets, horrible stitching. A big con, do not buy. You have to return to East Asia. I feel cheated should have read reviews.

Total scam company. Cheap rubbish clothing. Don’t fall for their marketing. Clothing not as described. Straight into charity bag but I doubt the charity shop would sell it as well.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! i looked at their website - seemed legit - said they were a UK company, Manchester based, all about style and quality etc.. ordered 2 dresses, took 2 weeks to arrive, when I was sent the tracking info - they were coming from China! The quality is awful - cheap and nasty, no shape to them. Asked for a refund - was told I had to send them back to China and pay for it, which was very expensive - or they would give me a 20% refund and i could keep them. Just a big scam.

One of the dresses did not really look as it did on the advertisement. Yodal delivery not very satisfactory, driver knocked on the front door then immediately threw the parcel over the gate, as I opened the door.

I wish there was a zero rating.
Extremely poor quality and nothing like the product viewed online.
Offering 15% refund is derisory.
Unusually for me I didn't do my due diligence and got sucked in...putting this down to experience

I ordered a dress _ item was delayed in delivery _it had no label in it. It was made of a poor quality fabric and extremely long and a similar but different pattern and different shade of blue _ so very different from the description / photo on the website. Clearly a scam operation.

Material not as good as advertised

One of those impulse purchases. Dress took ages to arrive, was garish and polyester, unlike the picture or description. I emailed and asked for an address to return the items as they stated. Their contact was breezy and friendly saying full refund, no hassles. They offered a 15% refund; when I refused they gave an address in China to return to at my own expense. I accused them of fast practice and being in breach of contract and said I would report them to Trading Standards.

Poor quality, fabric cheap and nasty nothing like the photograph. I thought this shop was a Manchester business turns out all their stock is not UK based. To get a full refund I have to pay to return myself and take pictures ect and post back to china. Discusting service would not recommend or ever shop with again. I have reported this company to trading standards

Dress was not as advertised on their website, clearly not made of the same material and no pockets, as in their picture. Took ages to arrive too. The website implies the company is British but the dress came from China. Cheap materials and definitely as advertised. I won't be buying anything from this company again.

The products ordered are nice but not as I expected in colour (one item) or in fabric. Also no instructions on how to send back (that I can find) had I wanted to.

I wish I’d read the reviews! I now hold no hope of resolving my issue.
An item arrived today - I don’t even know what it is!
The dress I ordered was a maxi linen dress with texture details
Item received is like a giant baby grow - fabric awful though not fit for baby grow let alone dress!

I bought 2 pairs of dungarees which look nothing like the images online and the sizing is all wrong. Way too big. Very poor quality for the price I paid. Whilst it looks like a I can return them for a full refund I have to pay postage to china. Absolute scammers.

Absolutely awful and I have not even received the items yet - which I fear are going to be less than advertised.
I did investigate website etc but forgot about trust pilot to my detriment.
