Like all other reviews , I too was conned by classy looking website on Instagram etc . Thought I was ordering from real quality shop in Manchester , only to find that when dress didn’t arrive and I tracked it , it was arriving from china and would never arrive in time for a holiday I wanted it for . I then read reviews and realised I’d been conned so tried to cancel order but was told already dispatched . Dress arrived two weeks later squashed into cheap plastic in the tiniest of parcel and what a joke the quality of material .Wouldnt even put it in a charity bag it’s that poor . Then asked to return dress but the lengthy process they explained is a nightmare . They are obviously trying to deter people from returning orders. They then added insult to injury by offering me a 15% refund to keep the dress !!! Which I still haven’t received . I won’t be going into any more expense in returning something that I’ll probably never get a refund for ….. which is exactly what they want . Do not waste your money !!!!!!

I would never recommend this company to anyone, they are scammers. Like others on this website, they sent a load of rubbish. When I requested a full refund, they said I had to send the items back to an address in China which does not exist: No. 2 freight elevator on the west side of the 3rd floor, upstairs, Yuantong
Express, No. 409, Suxi Yiwu Town, Zheijiang. The only thing that exists is Zheijiang province. The parcel was sent from within the UK but the address given there, 153 Blakeney Way, Cannock doesn't exist either. Total fraudsters. They very kindly offer a 15% refund instead of a full refund. Please do not use this company.

This is not a UK based family firm as they would like you to believe. All these sweet pictures of two ladies standing in front of a shop is pure theatre. I ordered a dress from them 2 weeks ago and even though it said next day delivery if ordered before 11pm it still has not arrived. How can it come from Manchester if on the tracking it quite clearly states ‘arriving at international airport, then sent to another airport and so it goes on.
I have demanded a refund which they say they are processing. I have also contacted my credit card company and they are looking into it. How these companies are allowed to keep deceiving the public I do not know. BE VERY AWARE, THEY ARE NOT GENUINE! I for one will not be ordering from these types again. I will stick to what I know.

The two dresses I ordered have not arrived. I expected next day delivery via Royal Mail but now it seems they come from China

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LYING COMPANY! They give false videos and photographs of dresses that are nothing like the lying AI videos and photographs!
The dresses are unwearable and have to be returned to China at your expense. The company is quite new if you watch videos about them.

Wish I'd read the Trust Pilot reviews first! Dress took several weeks to arrive. I used their sizing chart and ordered a Large as recommended as I'm 12-14 UK size. Way too big. Armholes too low and exposing bra. The fabric is thinner and cheaper than expected, some seams not well finished. The fabric has what looks like a long dirty mark on the front and back which they will probably say is part of the fabric pattern. Judging by other people's experience I will probably not bother trying to do a return and put it down to experience!

The dress took nearly three weeks to arrive. The fabric is awful and the small size is huge. I think this is a scam and would never use them again.

A scam. I have received the dresses, both rubbish fabric, badly sized, no labels as in the website photo. V poor stuff. No means of return, no address, no contact. Gives all ads like theirs a bad name. Does the shop exist? I did receive an email saying it did when I sent a message via the website but nothing since. So obviously part of the scam. Lost my money, donated to charity bag. Lesson learnt.

As someone who has very recently also just been scammed by this company, I would like to ask if anyone has experienced sending back their item to China, and what it cost? Was there an issue at customs, like the company is threatening us with in order to put us off returning items?

Do not buy from this company. This is not a Manchester firm but a Chinese importer. Goods are not as advertised, appalling delivery time, poor quality and sizing. No returns policy in place which should have sent me warning bells. A complete con.!

Do not buy from this company. They trick you into believing the clothes are made in the UK. In fact (and the tracking proves it) they are made in China and shipped over to the UK, taking weeks to arrive. My blouse is awful, poor quality and fits very badly. I won't bother with the hassle of returning it, l will just learn a lesson and put the blouse in the charity shop. Not even worth the one star l gave it. Total waste of money. Wish l hadn't bought on impulse, should have read the reviews.

It's A Scam

I came across their advert from instagram and it landed on a high end website with high customer reviews and royalmail delivery. However, after 2.5 weeks my item arrived delivered by Evri. The email for the tracking says the courier is Yun Express.

The outfit is horrendous, the material and size is nothing like what was advertised. It is the same experience as a Temu product, really poor quality and cheap synthetic.

Looking up how to report this company to citizen consumer advice and Trading Standards. Be warned.

Do NOT buy from this company. They are sending poor quality clothing and to return you need to post back to China.

Sizes on chart are totally wrong. Takes ages to arrive. Material is awful - see through. Returns so difficult you just don't bother. Do not be sucked in by ads on Instagram. Bad buy

Scammers. They send you a garment made to order in China that looks nothing like the website (all AI generated btw) and then offer you a partial refund instead of you having to return it (at your cost) to China. Apparently legal. What a joke. AVOID!

This company’s marketing is excellent. The product is very poor. Don’t be fooled. You must pay for tracked returns to east Asia, deeply disappointed. I’ve been scammed.

Similar experience to everyone on here .. thought it was a British company .. dresses absolutely nothing like the pictures fabric is cheap and horrible.. - offered a 15% refund or i can send back to china and deal with the customs at my expense - laughable… so wish i had read these reviews before ordering… absolute disgraceful company

I ordered a dress and as they advertise being in Manchester and Royal Mail delivery, I expected it at least within a week. Just over 2 weeks and it arrived. What a load of rubbish! Very disappointed and no point in sending back, it will go to a charity shop for someone to make something else out of it.
