Customer service was second-to-none, but the product is not great.

Customer service was second-to-none, really high quality!! I put in a an old adress and they fixed it on a weekend with swift response and followed up with me on the delivery. Unfortunately, the product did not live up to the same standard. The key selling point og the carrier is the ease of use, but the straps don’t work like in the commercials, rendering it much less convenient and adjustable than expected.

Great sling

Very happy with the sling. Given as a Christmas Present to my daughter as it will be really useful for her when carrying her baby around.

Delivery Times very long…

I am experiencing extremely slow delivery of items. The company detail 5 to 9 working days but far In excess of this. Keen to take payment immediately on receipt of order. You are fobbed off with a tracking feature that is not updated after a week. Quick response to query but no explanation or apologies for delay.

Payment is taken right away so processing can begin, but delays with the local courier and slow scans can make tracking look stalled, which I understand only adds to the frustration.

Never arrived & very disappointed

Never arrived. Oddly, the tracking info was EXACTLY the same as another order I placed with a completely different company. What are the chances - unless the tracking info is a randomly generated misinformation. No response to my queries.

12/2 In fact Rosa did reply to me with a very professional response. While I appreciate your reassurances - I still do not have the product within the committed delivery time and the “final mile” sorting warehouse is not providing any details - nor does it have a stellar reputation with Canadian users. Have checked link sent with original order - item is stalled as of 11/28 (batch update 12/1 & 12/2 and item still not moved)
This may be MY fault, as I’ve come to expect more from retailers in using logistic companies more efficiently.

Good first experience for baby and grandmother

Fifteen-pound, six months, gentle spirited baby and grandmother had a good time using. We'll practice a little more as she grows, adjusting to a too-narrow seat for her and getting the strap placement better for grandmother. Overall, a good first experience. She enjoyed being up and around with me, and the carrier made it easier on my back and hips. Hope it goes as well with twenty-five pound toddler, her cousin!

love it

It took a while to get to me, however, I love it . As a 68 year old grandma with a 2 year old toddler it helps me when I am out with him. Customer service is amazing!!

Ordered buy one get one

Ordered buy one get one, so could justify the purchase. I live 700 miles from my grandbaby so sent one to my daughter and kept one here. She’s already using it with her soon to be 1 year old. Loves it. It’s even gone through a washing after a diaper blow out. I thought shipping was a little slow, so give yourself plenty of time when ordering.

My favorite

This carrier is not only mine but my toddler that doesnt like any other carriers I pull the carrier and he says where are we going mommy? Lol better than no ,no,no.
Is also amazing thatbis so ligth weigth and I can keep it in my bag.
Also I have an injured and I ask my doctor and he say is good to balance the weigth in my body. I have to say that I tried and i dont feel the pain on my shoulder and it helps with the pain on my back and at the same time I can cuddle with my baby.

Enjoying Baby Carrier So Far

Parcel took 14 business days to arrive. There were no updates posted on the separate app you need to download, so not sure it’s worth downloading if you don’t already have it. Loving the carrier though after a week of having it. I only have a 2 month old so still needing a lot of support while using it but great for supported breastfeeding and just relieving some of the weight while carrying her around. Small and compact so can be brought anywhere. I think it will be great as she grows. Haven’t tried it on my toddler yet, as I don’t want her to think she can be carried around all day now. Haha. Only issue I’ve noticed so far is that there isn’t a safety extra loop on the buckle so it loosens up very easily, without me trying, when I try and reposition the strap. So that makes me a little nervous.

Company ignores my contact

My complaint is not about baby wear, but bras! I ordered 3 bras, received them and couldn't fasten the one I tried on. They were a 30 day warranty. I have tried repeatedly to find out how to return them, to be ignored.

Compact but Still Too Large for this Small Human

I love that this carrier is compact and can be fit inside my nappy bag (unlike some other carriers which basically need their own bag) so I tend to use this for quick trips into the shops or during social outings where a short walk is needed. I'm a short human with a short torso and found that this carrier is a little too big for me still, even on the tighest setting (baby sits a little too low on my hip). My very tall partner is a big fan though! My carrier also had a few loose threads when it arrived, which was a bit of a bummer.

I really like this product

I really like this product! It does slide off my shoulder a lot (no biggie doesn’t bother me but im gonna give an honest review) having two kids it does help with grocery shopping, farmers market days, cooking, etc. not an all day wear item but it does help out when your arms are tired and for a clingy toddler!! I ordered these for my SIL and myself and we are satisfied! Granted we have never tried any other brands as well so we have no comparison!

The shipping does take a couple weeks and the tracking numbers don’t update just a heads up!!

IT IS NOT SAFE!

Please, don't waste your money and time on this product! It took a month to arrive. It's poor quality. It doesn't look like what they have on the website. And most importantly - IT IS NOT SAFE for your baby! My daughter nearly fell through bottom and if I didn't hold her tightly with my arm around her, she would flip over the top and fell on her head! I AM SO DISSAPOINTED! I was really looking forward to use it, and it's just a scam with a beautiful advertising.

Ordered 2 items and both haven’t…

Ordered 2 items and both haven’t arrived. It’s been nearly a month and the company won’t reply to emails/ messenger. No contact number available. Awful company! Avoid at all cost as I’m £47 down and have no way of getting it back.

Since writing review they contacted myself and refunded the money straight away, thank you

Works perfectly for shorter periods of time when I would otherwise just carry the baby because a “real” carrier is too much work.
