Purchased to carry my granddaughter, totally impressed at how easy it was to use and how my arms, shoulder and back weren’t sore. She enjoyed the freedom of not being strapped in like other carriers or held with arms.

Daughter and grandson love it!

I purchased this for my daughter as my grandson it getting so big. Once she received it and tried it out, she sent a picture of them with it. She said it is SO comfortable and definitely relieves the strain of carrying him in her arms. And he was able to cuddle up with her, which is his favorite thing to do. :-)

Item not received.

Terrible delivery service. 16 days on and still not received. Not tracking update for 9 days. Requested a refund and had no response. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered as clearly lots of people are having the same issue. Terrible service.

So far, not so good

So far, not so good....

They make you believe that the product is coming from the UK (I live in France, so shipping should be quite fast) but it actually comes from China.
Longest shipping I've ever experienced: 3 weeks.
And upon opening it, it stinks!!!! Haven't tried it yet with my toddler. Waiting for it to air out, then I'll certainly wash it before using it.
The extra shoulder pad seems to be a joke. No way of attaching it properly. So it'll certainly just keep falling out. Might have to sew it on.
I'm quite concerned about possible security issues after reading certain reviews on here.
In my opinion, luckily I got 45% off, but even that, it's not worth the price

Plus, the shipping company used belongs to Alibaba/AliExpress, so I'm afraid my personal information might once again be stolen (as it happened in the past when I bought a couple of things on that platform.

Dealing with awful customer service for a return process. Just back your product and let me get a refund and return the item as your 90 day return policy suggests. I’ll have to contact the better business bureau if they keep up the shenanigans.

Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money. I am very disappointed and won’t be using mine. It is not safe at all and I don’t know how it’s passed for sale. There’s nothing to it, I wouldn’t trust it to hold my baby, and it DOES hurt my back and shoulders, regardless of what they try to say! I have tried several times around the house thinking I just needed to get used to it but it is very unsafe and not something I can use. Waste of money.

Poor delivery and communication

**editing to add that since this review I’ve been advised that the courier hasn’t picked up the order and they’re following up with them on the status. Nearly 2 weeks now since placing my order and still no tracking information. Gutted it looks like I’ve lost my money and the carrier I desperately needed. ** Awful delivery times and communication. 8 days waiting for my order and when emailed asking for an update was told there was a stock issue (this was not mentioned anywhere before ordering). The order has now left the warehouse but still isn’t in transit so assume I’ll be waiting another week or so for it to arrive. No response from my recent email asking about an eta. Don’t buy if you need it quickly like I did. These are expensive compared to others and for the price I’d expect better service and delivery times. Wouldn’t recommend.

I would give NO stars if I could!

I would give NO stars if I could! I did some research and found this carrier that looked to be exactly what I was after. Silly me! I should have read these reviews first as what I received was NOT the same item that is advertised! The item I had sent to me is a cheap, flimsy carrier that barely fits around myself and my child and we are not big people. The strap is way too short which is not like all the reviews I had watched. Also feels like my baby is going to fall out the bottom of the carrier which is super dangerous! Even the bag attachment is cheap and nasty looking and not the same!
I have emailed the company and they want to refund me 35% and I send the items back to them at my own cost. Yeah right! I am not wasting more money on this terrible brand!

Seams broken after 3 days

As many other people complaints, it took 2-3 weeks for it to arrive as it came straight from China so no quality control in Australia. After using it for 3 days, seams started breaking when using it with a 10kg baby. 3 days. That is all it took for it to break. I mean come on. There is no way you can use it with a toddler. Get a different brand, we ended up getting one from Gooseket

SAVE YOUR MONEY

Never in my life have I been SO FRUSTRATED with a business!

I purchased two customized slings July 30th. My products were not shipped until August 11th. So warning, they provide false advertising on shipping. It is now August 22nd.. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY SLINGS!!!!!!!! I have been constantly reaching out via email and through the website and have had NO HELP. I’ve even requested a refund and NADA.

Just to cover; yall HAVE my email - I’ve been emailing you guys. I have RECEIPTS!!

I absolutely love this sling

I absolutely love this sling! The first time I tried it with my son, he fell asleep within minutes. It’s incredibly comfortable, and while he napped I could move around freely without worry. I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but after using it myself I couldn’t be happier. There were no odd smells when it arrived, and it feels very secure and safe for my little one. I ordered mine personalized with his name, so shipping took a bit longer, but nothing unreasonable. My son is a 15-month-old wiggle worm, yet once he woke up he was able to move comfortably, and I had no anxiety about him slipping or falling. He’s happy, and so am I!

DON'T BOTHER.... So Disappointed...

They portray in their marketing that this carrier can be used hands free but in the instructions they strongly recommend that you use one arm to support your child. Having now used the carrier there is no way I would be using it hands free. The carrier slipped out from underneath my daugher and she would have fallen had I not been holding her. You may aswell carry your child, it doesn't really add any value. It does take some of their weight but I did not find it much of a value add at all. Their marketing promises so much and I was so so excited for this carrier and it just did not deliver. I also found it pulled on my upper body.
When I applied for a refund, they offered me a 30% refund and that I could keep the carrier.
I tried it for another few days, really really hoping we could use it successfully but to no avail. I went back and asked for the full refund. They came back again, this time offering a 70% refund with the option to keep the carrier. They said if I wanted the 100% refund, I would need to pay postage to mail the carrier to the United States (even though I believce it was mailed to me from within Australia). I opted for the 70% refund because I didn't know if they'd actually deliver on the refund and figured I didn't want to spend more on postage sending it back. They did refund the 70% quite quickly. They get 2 stars because they did respond to my emails in a timely manner and they did refund the money but overall I am so so disappointed. Their marketing gave me so much hope and their product just did not deliver AT ALL. The fact that they have such a streamlined refund offer process suggests to me that they get a lot of refund requests... Save yourself time and money, and keep your child safe by not purchasing this product.

Meh!

Meh. Seems sketchy. The product description said it’s good for 6 months olds able to sit unassisted, up to 4 years (it mentions the weight too). I ordered for my 7 month old who’s big and falls within the weight limit. However the carrier is too big for him, kind of uncomfortable. I went in to the FAQs on the website to double check I was following the instructions properly and found out that these carriers are for 9 months olds and up to 4 yo, not 6! So now I’m stuck with this carrier. After reading the reviews I have ZERO trust on contacting them and getting a refund. Guess I’ll wait until my baby is a bit older/bigger and by then probably it will be too late to get any support from them.
Also, their carrier or package comes with zero safety certification, so order at your own risk.

Just to clarify, our product description does state it’s suitable from 6 months up to 4 years, as long as your little one can sit unassisted. We don’t mention 9 months anywhere on the website, so it might have been a mix-up or misunderstanding.

If the carrier feels a bit big right now, many parents find that just a little growth makes a big difference in comfort and fit.
