Dangerous equipment DO NOT BUY
I used my senarah carrier today (order #132900) and it was one of the most dangerous pieces of toddler equipment I have ever used. My toddler who wears size 18-24 months slipped right through the carrier after I had tightened it, her foot got caught in my coat, she dangled in my coat popping off two butters. This all happened while I was rushing across a terminal at a ferry crossing from the U.K. to France. Very stressful, very disappointed.

I was worried after seeing all the reviews, and emailed the company saying I was worried. They replied promptly, the tracking was kept updated, and it arrived to Northern Ireland within a week and a half. So very good service! The sling is comfy (my boy is only 7 months) he feels secure, I got the zebra and it’s lovely. I walked over an hour with him in it yesterday. He fell asleep eventually, I moved the sling more to the front so his head was on my chest, and he looked perfectly comfy. Good quality, no complaints here! Would recommend.

A week of nada!
Ordered a carrier 7 days ago, no communication regarding dispatch and no answer to email querying this.

Very disappointing experience
I was genuinely excited to try this product and see if it worked for me. Unfortunately, I never had the chance, because it never arrived.
After the first failed delivery, I contacted the company directly and explained that the courier they had used was unreliable.
The courier falsely claimed attempted deliveries, even though the shipping address is a well-known business with people always present and packages being delivered daily without issues.
To their credit, the company said they would resend the order.
But shockingly, they used the exact same courier, despite my clear warning. Unsurprisingly, the second delivery failed in the exact same way.
This isn’t just a shipping issue, it’s a lack of responsibility and judgment.
When a company is informed that their courier is untrustworthy and still decides to use them again, they are directly responsible for the outcome.
I had planned a trip where this order was essential.
Because of their negligence, I’m leaving without the product. Other than a refund, no effort was made to escalate or resolve the problem differently.
Bottom line: until this company takes ownership of the full customer experience, including delivery, I cannot recommend them.

Can't wait to use it
Can't wait to use it. Product arrived with no issues or delay. Was easy to setup. My little one a little small to use as hands free. I def need to keep holding him. I purchased the bag attachment, and whilst handy, its too small to fit a nappy other than new born size (Unless I fold one up), but it will def fit phone, keys etc. Though not sure it was worth the extra expense....

Money taken from my bank but no carrier, no email confirmation & I’m getting ignored
I ordered a carrier on the 2nd of July. The money has been taken from my bank account, £45 for one carrier. A week went by and I thought hmm I’ve had no correspondence of my order or delivery. Checked my emails & I’ve had no order confirmation but like I say, money has been taken from my account. I have messaged Senarah multiple times on their online chat where it says they will reply in 2 hours but 10+ hours have gone and still no response! Tried to message them on Instagram too, nothing back. I’ve never actually left a negative review before but I’m so annoyed I’ve had a payment taken from me, I’ve not received the item and on top of that feels like I’m getting ignored. This is my last resort to try and reach out to the company, I can’t afford to throw £45 down the drain. Not bothered about the carrier anymore I just want my money back and if I don’t I’ll be taking this further.
Edit: to reply to your response. That’s complete bullshit that you’ve received nothing from me on the web chats. I’ve sent you multiple messages and I’ve got screenshots to prove it. You’re clearly a scam so I’m on the phone to my bank as I speak to report you. Saying you don’t have my email address, again is complete bullshit because I paid via Apple Pay and you can’t physically pay via Apple Pay without your email, address etc being on the payment section.

Poor product and frustrating refund process – avoid this company
We ordered a toddler sling that turned out to be poor quality and not as advertised — definitely not fit for purpose.
When we requested a full refund, we were oddly offered just 50% and told we could keep the item. After pushing back, the offer was increased to 75%. It took four emails before they finally agreed to a full refund if we returned the product.
Based on similar reviews, we sent it back with tracked delivery. As expected, we had to follow up again to confirm they received it before they processed the refund. In total, it took 20 days from our initial request to get our money back.
Very strange experience overall. Based on both the product and the customer service, I would recommend avoiding this company.

Email says delivered but never got the item.
This company is the worst. I complained. They said there was a delay. I got shipping info on 6/17 but nothing again until July 1. Then it was magically delivered today. I was home all day. The picture shows my package but up so close you cant even see background. I think they pretended to deliver it and never did. I want a refund. DO NOT BUY. ITS A SCAM.

Amazing Assisted Carrier – A Game Changer!
I absolutely love the Senarah carrier! It’s incredibly easy to use—no instructions needed, which is a big plus for busy parents. While it’s not 100% hands-free, it functions more like an “assisted carry,” which is perfect for all the times I’d be holding my child with one arm anyway (which is often!).
My 11-month-old fits comfortably and snugly in it—so much so that she can easily fall asleep while I carry her. She loves it just as much as I do.
One note of caution: if you have a bad shoulder or carpal tunnel, be mindful of how you use it, as it still puts some weight on your body. That said, it’s been such a fantastic tool for us. If it lasts me even three months, I’ll definitely be buying another one. Highly recommend!

Not durable or safe
UPDATE: my review below still stands. Disappointing to see Senarah denying there’s a 1-year warranty on their product below (I’ve taken a screenshot) and secondly inplying that a 90-day guarantee period would be sufficient for such a product.
Not durable or safe. The carrier initially worked well and helped with back pain. However, it developed a fault shortly after 3 months, rendering it unsafe and unusable - one of the joins came unstitched. Not what I would expect from something designed to carry a small child once or twice a week. I wrote to customer service to request a replacement or a refund. They replied that the 90-day return period had passed. I wrote back to highlight that it was covered by the 1-year guarantee. It’s been over a month and no reply. There are other carriers on the market, some sold at reputable stores - I would recommend those over Senarah.
