Excellent service from Ollie McGrath and SendFX. I was moving the proceeds of a house sale from AUD to GBP and found it very straight forward and secure. Ollie was on hand each step of the way. Would definitely recommend using.

I can't recommend Send Payments highly enough. Ollie Mcgrath and his team were friendly, approachable, and professionally and were focused on locking in the best possible exchange rate for us. The manner in which they handled the transfer of funds overseas ensured a stress free experience for us. We will continue to use SendPayments for international transfers without question.

The customer service by Brock was at a very high level. This was my first use of the service and Brock provided great assistance to ensure the transfer from Australia to Singapore of funds to an overseas property owner was smooth and seamless.

Assistance of Account Manager Brock Millstead was brilliant and supportive to expedite the process. The exchange rate was good and I felt confident because security and data were regulated by AFSL. I experienced issues with my bank transfer because they wanted 3 days to transfer my money when I wanted it the next day, so I was alterted to the issue by Brock hence able to communicate with the bank and get this expedited. Transaction then expedited by Send whom I would highly recommend.

Easy and great to work with. We recently moved countries and had tried to use a couple of companies to move our money. Send were by far the best. Thomas Read was fabulous. He called straight away, was clear in explaining the process and any potential issues and helped us work through the transfers. Thomas was able to let us know a good time to transfer large amounts when the exchange rate was up and could lock it in. Very grateful and would 100% recommend Send.

After a recent poor experience with another fx transfer company the transaction with SEND was a blast. Smooth, precise, great exchange rate and best of all it was so speedy. Of course there was excessive red tape and admin but I guess that's the governments' responsibility.
