Part replacement and service
Offer of convenient optional dates to replace parts and service the boiler. Pre advice on time slot worked well. The part replacement and boiler service were completed within the time that David advised that it would take. He also identified the possible future issue with the boiler's circuit board. This will make identifying the source of any future problem much easier. A very good experience.

It was past 7pm and the engineer had obviously had a long day. I was his last client but he was thorough and painstaking in terms of servicing the boiler.
He then stayed on to investigate why my shower was aying up

Booking was straightforward using the website and the pricing of available options was clear, making the decision easy. David Habbibi, who attended was very helpful, diagnosing the problem quickly and solving it. The boiler returned to full operation. More importantly, David identified work necessary to replace parts that would ensure that the boiler operates effectively in future. He also showed me how to reset the boiler should the problem recur in the meantime. The proposal for the new work was provided promptly and we are currently awaiting the arrival of parts and a date for the work. The only minor issue encountered was that the time slot for the work on Sunday didn't arrive by text on Saturday evening as promised. This was clarified by WhatsApp on Sunday morning.

Appliance Repair of Kitchen Tap Service Type MTX Number: MTX312821
On Wednesday 11th June 2025 Serviceteam installed a new kitchen tap at my property. From the point of requesting a quote and completion of the works they showed efficiency and professionalism. Communication was excellent, both by email and WhatsApp. On the day of the repair, I was able to track when they would arrive at my property. During the works, friendliness, respect and dedication were shown. Without hesitation, I would use Serviceteam again, and highly recommend them to others.
