Jason T always helps us when we address issues we have with service titan. He's very patient and knowledgeable. He also returns emails on a timely matter. Very happy and pleased with him.

Working with Rebeka Hovsepyan, Mariam Danielyan, and Miskath Ahmed has been one of the best experiences I've had. They are concerned that questions get answered and offer a helping hand whenever it is needed.
Honestly one of the worst programs we have ever used.. they claim to be a partnership to help your company grow.. but they lack in customer service, integration and when you try to leave they try and extort you.. we grew our company from a start up to 7.5m with a basic program that cost a fraction of the price.. dont let them bs you.. when you take on the program, understand that you need to hire skilled person with a PhD in accounting and advertising along with sales and service experience.. and they want access to everything! Bank accounts, merchant services, financing programs, you name it.. dont get caught up in the 3 free months to integrate.. it takes waaay longer..

Not worth the time or the money. You will spend 2x or more time than they say to implement the program. we were at 2x the time with no end in sight. Our crews couldn't access things and we were no where near a go live date 9 weeks in.
I would NEVER recommend this product.

Whenever we bring an issue to Imani its usually urgent (on our end) and she never ceases to amaze the levels and hoops she will jump through to get us turned the right direction. We consistently feel like we're spoiled and her only client which speaks volumes as I am sure her workload is large. She is the epitome of someone who gets things done. No stone left unturned.

Service Titan is the worst crm and software company Ive ever delt with. Bar none. Terrible systems, awful product, worse customer service and launch. Complete joke. Avoid at all costs. I would give negative reviews if I could

The Service Titan program is great!
They truly have thought of everything. If there are things your team needs, you can present that to their support team, and they will assist with whatever your needs are. They have many videos and other helps to guide you.
Our CSM Klye Rodger has been very helpful and is always attentive to the needs of our business, ensuring that any questions or concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
We've been using the ServiceTitan platform for nearly three years now, and it has significantly transformed our operations, both internally and in the way we serve our customers. Having all our information centralized in one easily accessible and user-friendly system has been a game-changer.
What truly sets ServiceTitan apart, though, is the ongoing support we've received. From the platform itself to our dedicated Customer Success Manager, the level of service has consistently exceeded expectations. It's common to see support taper off after the first year with a new system, but that hasn't been our experience. ServiceTitan remains fully committed to helping us get the most out of our investment, every step of the way. We also are impressed often at how much innovation is a center-focus.
