Overall ServiceTitan is great but there are a few features that should be changed.
1- found the app is laggy while trying to select photos before uploading.
2- I can’t call customers from the app and instead have to copy and paste the number into my phone
3- font size is way to small (even drop down menus are so small and it’s hard to read)
4- can’t customise your settings to how you like it like changing date format or font size for better viewing
5- I’m in Australia and we use the day/month/year format I believe we should be able to change features to suit Australians better

ServiceTitan Charges Super Premium Monthly Cost. When you need support you are connected to a Customer Service Representatives that are Not From the United States. They Don’t Understand our Needs or Our Culture. It’s like talking to a robot. ServiceTitan if you are Charging American Dollars for your Services you Should Provide American Support = Support Personnel Located Inside The United States.
Titan is hands down the best software we’ve ever used. It’s incredibly user-friendly, and the team is constantly making meaningful improvements—not just to their Pro products, but to the CORE platform as well. We’re genuinely happy to work with them and consider Titan one of our most valuable and beneficial partners

Overall great software. Constant improvements to fix issues but comes with a bit of reshuffling Ops to accommodate.
Apart from Adam, it does feel like the personal touch is not there as much as it used to. Maybe ST grew too much, but i would like more chances to learn, grow and become more involved in special projects and groups.
Mary is super helpful and knowledgeable. Also, she responded very quickly with a great solution!
You should be proud to have her as representative of your company!

Do not sign up. Despite what they say it does not work well... heck they spent about 6 months simply trying to set up my account and couldnt. Now they dont want to give me a refund. Dont make the same mistake I did.
My CRM at Service Titan (Gohar) has been very helpful and has been helping us greatly with educating us through the workflows and set up.

The beginning of our experience was very rocky as we were in the process of juggling a multitude of different systems. Our initial CSM Jennifer Lam, only met with us twice, did not have much information towards assisting us with what we were undertaking. As well as did not cover any of the required material for our CSM to cover and we realized this once we were given our star of a CSM Adam Hennegar. He has came in and shaken things up for the better and been relentless until results are shown. He is informative and very helpful for everything we have needed thus far. If you see Adam Hennegar as your CSM just know your in good hands!

As the owner of Coldstream Plumbing & Heating Ltd., I signed up with ServiceTitan expecting professional support and a platform tailored for trades. What I received was broken onboarding, support delays, platform limitations, and a completely unprofessional experience.
After raising multiple concerns and receiving no resolution, we canceled — only to be hit months later with nearly $20,000 in unjust charges and sent to collections without warning.
We’ve since filed complaints with the BBB and Consumer Protection Ontario and gone public to warn other companies.
Avoid ServiceTitan at all costs unless you want broken promises and a legal fight for cancelling a service that failed to deliver.
Cody was helpful in getting our PMA issue worked out.

Syuzanna Markosyan is an amazing to work with. We were struggling somewhat when Syuzanna was assigned to us. She has held our hand and walked through every single process with us until we were comfortable within a process in Service Titan. She knows her way around Service Titan, that's for sure!
