Anna has been assigned to our account and has done a terrific job in explain what I have available to me and how to implement the system. She has answered a lot of question that come up between our meetings and this has allowed us to develop the company.
Anna does a great job scheduling our meetings and keep us moving forward with the system. She is very knowledgeable and if we ask a question about something she is not familiar with she gets us an answer quickly. She has been a boost to our development.
Our company has grown over the past 12 month and some of the growth is due to our relationship with Service Titan.

I have been using the app for around a year now. It actually works 50% of the time. When it does work it is not user friendly and it is very cumbersome.
The programming is atrocious. Simple things like add duplicates in an invoice, compensating for no cell service, constant lock ups and freezes with the app.
There are more significant issues with the app like setting the price of products to zero, charging the wrong sales tax, double charging products and inventory issues the app creates.

The Service Titan software is expensive and worthless. The system does not work well with Quickbooks. There are problems everyday that take considerable time to correct. A job can be 100% complete but stuck in progress and you will not see the invoice to bill. Once an invoice is batched and exported you cannot make changes to send to the customer. You can make an invoice adjustment, however, the invoice is not presentable for the customer. When Titan set us up and exported our company information all tax exempt information was dropped and no vendor information transferred. Titan provides support, however, be prepared to spend a great deal of time for even the simplest question. Our support specialist always needs to contact someone else to answer the more difficult questions. When you batch your daily payments to send to Quickbooks the payments go to undeposited funds and has to be moved to the correct banking information one at a time. Oh, and you will have to watch carefully to see if the payment attached to the invoice being paid. Credits in Titan have been problematic in Quickbooks, as well. The list goes on and on. This system is not user friendly and has quadrupled my workload. Please notice the 20% 1 and 2 star reviews.
New! Old Quickbook invoices that are in Titan show the account balance as due, you receive payment, and put it into the Titan batch, go to export from Titan to Quickbooks and errors cannot export. Ended up having to adjust the invoice to $0 in Titan, remove the payment and bypass Titan completely and receive the payment in Quickbooks. Again, it is not QB friendly.
I'm sure they are sorry and have forwarded my information to the account manager and support team for review and will be reaching out to me. That seems to be the standard response to all of their 1 star reviews.
I am thrilled with the exceptional support Alisa, our CSR, has provided. She has done a wonderful job helping us get set up and her efforts have been invaluable. I look forward to our weekly calls due to her expertise and dedication. She is truly a significant asset to our company.

I Love the fact that ServiceTitan is committed to continuous improvement. Keeping up with all of the "improvements" is a lot, but they provide the tools and the people to help me stay on top of it. Our CSM Turquoise has been amazing. That helps our Team continuously improve.

Best CRM for Homes Services Businesses.
Do your research you get what you pay for. If you want a CRM that will grow with your company ServiceTitan is that CRM. Have been with them for about 5 years and we have been growing with them. Do need to fully impliment this software to reep the benfits, so if you choose ServiceTitan as your Field Service Software (CRM) do try to use all of it. No sense buying the Ferarri if you do not want to take it out of first gear. THANKS SERVICETITAN

Our success manager, Levon Ghazaryan, comes up with catered training and topics. He explains little tools and tricks that we may have missed, or are just not using correctly. Its nice to know someone is truly concerned with us getting the most out of our investment.

We use company for work and I absolutely love it. I've been using for over 2 and a half years now. I've worked in the trades before but this is best scheduling and software system I've ever used! They are very supportive and they do so much training and there are so many perks just to using this company that doesn't cost you a penny! I cannot recommend them enough!

(ex: colour coded dispatch board and teams management helps our dispatcher; phones pro's call bubbles that auto populate the client's information during calls help our Customer Service Representative; attaching photos and videos to location files helps our technicians in the field; the inventory tab helps our warehouse staff; the follow up tab and pricebook assists our sales staff).

One of the reasons I love Service Titan is that they really listen to what their customers need. It gave me a completely new way to look at my business, you just have to be willing to put in the time to learn everything. I am so glad that I get to be a voice in the process. Plus, it's always updating and improving, which is great. It definitely does not feel like a static piece of software.

ServiceTitan is a powerful and comprehensive software that has greatly improved our operations, from scheduling and dispatching to invoicing and reporting. The automation and integrations help streamline workflows, making it a valuable tool for service-based businesses everywhere.
That being said, I do wish there was more focus on the core product rather than new features and add-ons. Stability, ease of use, and refining existing functionalities should take priority to ensure a smoother, more efficient experience. While the platform is strong, some areas could benefit from better refinement and consistency.
Overall, ServiceTitan is a great solution for most companies in home services and you will get your monies worth and then some, if you use the product to its fullest extent.

Service Titan offers a great product for service businesses. In addition to offering a complete CRM that allows you to take your business to whatever level you desire, I believe on of the most valuable things that Service Titan provides in extremely knowledgable and helpful Success Managers to each account. I highly encourage any home service business to explore their product offerings fully as well as inquire about what their future development plans and goals are. If they do not have an integrated solution "today" for what you are looking for, it won't be long before they develop it and launch it. This is hands down the most complete, most robust, and best CRM you could invest in (period). Will it be the cheapest option? NO. Just remember: Good things aren't cheap, and cheap things aren't good! Keep Crushing it Cassandra and ST!!
