Loved it but not built to last

I love my bracelet.
However,
1. The magnet was really weak. I contact the company and they sent me a new one.
2. 10 months later one of the strips tore and I can’t wear it anymore.

It’s an amazing gift, but is not built to last

my first choice, jewelry store!

First the delivery service was very fast and when I notified their support customer service, they immediately instructed me on how to return the item and then my replacement item was received very timely and imperfect condition, notifications on delivery dates, and tracking is excellent

This is the worse company I have ever…

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with, they have worse customer service and a complete scam. I ordered a leather bracelet for my husband and it was to big; I contacted customer service for an exchange or resize it and their reply was “no, they could not send me a smaller size”. I am so disappointed and their prices are so high for their cheap material. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

No Customer Service Available

There is no way to make a return or contact the company. It say 60 free returns on their website and on the order confirmation email and the website contact links are extremely unhelpful. I paid over $200 for two men's necklaces that look like I could have bought them in a vending machine. I thought I was ordering from a real company.

Instagram CX Communications

I was unable to contact their CX via the traditional methods and reached out to their Instagram DMs for help. The representatives I spoke to were incredibly helpful and I was in touch with someone daily about a potentially missing package (my fault, not theirs, triple check your zip codes!). The package arrived, and USPS figured it out without anyone else needing to intervene further, but their team was willing to help the entire time and I appreciated their help and kindness!
