Awesome for multiple email accounts
Great product that allows me to manage 7 gmail accounts and one Outlook account. Wish I could see a consolidated calendar view, but between this program and iCal I am all set.

Don't need support often, but when you do it's great!
First time I've needed to use support in about 1.5 years and the process was as simple as sending an email and support was engaged until the problem was solved. I needed to change my main email address and once I had done one or two steps on my side, support completed the process within hours.

Quick resolution to my issue.
My ticket was responded to quickly and with some great advice for solving my issues. While my issue was not completely resolved immediately, support stayed engaged with me until we had it resolved. It was awesome that it was handled so quickly and completely.

Seriously annoying, CTO needs to open eyes!
Seriously annoying. It’s randomly crashes my PC and it’s so heavy. Just loads a black screen, then kills my laptop. This product should be pulled. I should bill my wasted time or claim via indemnity cover (100% would if I was US based!)

Essential tool to manage multiple accounts
When multiple accounts are in a platform (Gmail, Slack, etc), it is cumbersome to switch them. Shift made it super-easy and it saved much time. The list of platforms are expanding and evolving. Once you get used to Shift, you will not live without it. Try Shift and increase your productivity!

A great email organiser
Shift has done very well in providing this platform. It is very helpful in keeping all of my organising and emailing in 1 mainframe and allows me to be more efficient with all my work.
