Super easy to resolve a dual account issue. 1 email describing what was going on, a solution was offered straight away and the work was done immediately. Feels like a rare thing these days to have quick, efficient and positive customer service.

Hello,
I'm not happy.
I'm outraged that my Shift bill went from $89 to $149.
This increase is outrageous.
For a Web client that often crashes, I find this very expensive.
I'm going to talk about it on social networks.

Great customer service
If you've ever had an issue with an app that was crashing, etc. and reported it, you usually get no response. With Shift, that experience was totally different. They helped me revert back to a previous version, let me know that a beta version was ready to test (if I wanted to use that) and then let me know the program was updated and functioning properly. All of this within about a month or two. I truly appreciate the follow up and follow through on getting things working and communicating with me.

Best app for organization!
Best app for organization! I absolutely love Shift and I've been using it for a few years now. While managing multiple businesses/email accounts, this is the perfect solution to not be overwhelmed and seamlessly go back and forth between accounts without having a mess of tabs open. The only thing I dislike is that they still don't have ad block capability and it is incredibly annoying having ad emails in my gmail accounts.
