Essential app, just brilliant
I've been using this app for over a year now and it is hands down the best investment I have made for my workflow. For a self confessed Tab wh*re like me, it is an essential tool that helps keep me organised and handles anything I throw at it. Just brilliant!

Riddled with performance-related bugs
Riddled with performance-related bugs. I was a huge advocate for this software over the last 3+ years but one particular bug that has surfaced in the last few months prompted me to cancel my subscription. This bug caused Shift to crash at random intervals when closing browser windows and it has easily reversed every minute of time I've saved using this software over the last three years. This became particularly frustrating mid-conference call when trying to multitask. Crash logs were supplied to the support team but not much action came of them, sadly. I've since moved to Chrome with pinned tabs and my efficiency has sky-rocketed. A disappointing end to a great journey.

The most important product change you…
The most important product change you can make is figuring out a way to break out a new shift window. I know it seems counterintuitive but when I have a client who uses goog meet/hangouts, I can't share the tab and view them like I would in zoom. It's a real headache. I have to open up chrome, log into the right gmail account and then share my deck on that window in chrome because I can't easily do it in Shift.

Zoom In Feature Lacking
One of the things the Shift development team could work on is the zooming in feature. You should be able to hold the Ctrl key down and scroll the mouse to amplify the screen size...but this app does not do that.

Shift is an extremely useful product for me as I usually work on several different Google profiles at a time. When I reached out to support, they responded very quickly and helped me immediately. The customer support is fantastic!

Great software - just needs a few minor fixes!
I've been using Shift for over two years, and it's very impressive how everything is shaping up. There are currently just three issues for me that prevent it from being a five star app.
1.) For those of us with a ton of apps open (discord, slack, gchat, linked in, etc etc), it would be great to be able to group and expand/collapse the app icons on the side of shift. The way discord does with its server management works perfect. You can google examples of how this works.
2.) When doing video chats or huddles with screen sharing, I need to be able to pop that out to a floating window I can move away from the shift window. You used to be able to do this in shift 7.
3.) Whenever someone replies to a thread in slack, i don't get any notifications.
