Why the application stop in Iraq
I want to transfer money to research institutions through your application..but when I went to the bank, I found out that the application is suspended in Iraq..when will it be activated in Iraq? I urgently need to transfer through the application

I never had this bad experience with any one before i don't know why I still using this app but iam sure this is the last time
I sent the money at 9.45 this morning
My sister can't pick up the transfer till now its its already 17.10
And she will wait till Saturday because they are close tomorrow
Alot of people in Gaza need it
But so sad to deal with you
With western union they can pick up the money in 5 seconds
My advise for all don't use this app

It is difficult to get Shift to process…
It is difficult to get Shift to process payments. One part of the organisation does not talk to another. I was asked to complete and return a KYC form. This I did, immediately. But the part of Shift that processes KYC responses, does not, it appear, communicate with the Dept in Shift that processes the transactions. It is necessary to chase them through the support line to get them to move forward, and the response to the chat service (run using with What's Ap) is very slow- they typically take 12 hours to reply to a chat question. They have assured this delay will not happen to me every time, but this is the second time I have made a transaction through them; the first was no better, with typically a transaction taking 20 hours to complete, from beginning to end. They call their service "secure and fast". It may be secure, but it is certainly not fast.
And you ALWAYS have to hassle them to get your payment processed- which means waiting until they've let you down - after you've given them several hours and they've done nothing, then registering your frustration through What's Ap and email, then waiting for another 12 hours before they get back to you...
