Great customer service
The order was delivered pretty quickly after purchase. We were missing 2 pieces from the hardware bag, but the parts were sent to us immediately and an explanation given for why they were missing.

Order was able to be tracked which was great. Came 3 days later than estimated, went somewhere 4 hours from Sydney first, waited 3 days, then back to Sydney, then to me.
Building instructions were pretty good, but some good tips in the youtube video which weren't in the instruction manual, but the youtube video skipped past some things not in the instructions. It was clunky to do both. Great product and design though. Some parts which were different in my product assembly kit looked very similar, I accidentally used the wrong part early in the build and had to go back a bit which was annoying and preventable by a bit more detail in the instructions.

LITE 5 bike rack and dolly
I bought the LITE 5 bike rack and the new dolly. Easy to assemble, very sturdy, bikes definitely do not touch each other and the whole thing is no wider than the car. Having the dolly is great - easy to shift the bikes as one unit if I need more space for the motorbike. Not yet convinced about the tilting feature and I dislike the hassle of the anti-rattle clamp as I am used to bike racks that just fit the hitch and don’t rattle, but I love the fact I can get all 5 bikes on the back without too much effort and not having to balance precariously on the side step while getting one of the bikes onto the roof of the car. Delivery from Shingleback was prompt (but, not Shingleback’s fault, the delivery company delivered to the neighbour, causing a couple of hours of worry).
