Great customer service, answered all my enquiries and I bought a shingle back lite 5 bike setup. It is such a game changer for loading and offloading, great for shuttling.

We dispatched your order in 3 days, unfortunately given the time of year the freight company took longer than usual. The missing bolts were unfortunate and we are sorry that happened. We did explain in our communications that we were working remotely at the time and this, along with public holiday closures caused the delay. Pros: I find the rack quick and easy to put my mtb on. Also find it pretty straight forward to put the rack on the back of my car and to put on my floor stand.
Cos: I wish I got the swinging arm as can not open the back door on my Honda CRV to much. Also found the instructions to assemble vague.

There have been some minor upgrades over the months to the racks, and we are aware of some issues this caused in the current version of the instructions. We are working hard to make these easier to follow very soon!

One thing it needs is a longer piece of steel that goes into the towball connection point so the rack sits a little bit further out from the back of your car
Otherwise fantastic piece of kit
