Must have if you order a lot
Quick & easy to use! Had a company tell me they weren’t issuing a refund even though a package never arrived, filed it through shipment protect, and within a week shipmentprotect sent payment for the missing package. Highly recommend! Definitely worth the $29 a month if you’re someone that orders a lot

As many have seen they charge you monthly if you sign up for a single transaction. Deceptive. Not good people and a worse company. Over 250 complaints on bbb.
Not worth the trouble for the protection it might provide. It will take effort and time to cancel. Save the money. Stay away from this company.
