Firstly, it was wonderful to actually speak with a human being rather than being answered and trying to navigate my issue with an AI prompt. JJ was amazing! He held space and listened to my query in a very supportive manner. We quickly came to the solution of my issue and my case was flagged for an accelerated response. Within minutes of hanging up the call-I had received a number of emails in response to my concerns. All of the personnel responding from start to finish communicated professionally and proficiently. Adjustment was made that I was seeking and I was provided a refund within an hour. Honoring this programs commitment to continuing to utilize human beings for a personalized experience, you cannot get with a computer! Good for them!!
