Fast and easy service, no complaints here. Packages are sent out fast and secure. Unfortunately, extra insurance is only available via UPS which is more pricey, but at least you are covered that way.... Voir plus

We are sorry, Jesus, that your experience was like this. But as we explained to you at the time, customs require additional documentation for the type of products you wanted to send, regardless of whether you are a company or an individual. This information was also provided to you personally by UPS customs officers.

Good service. Unclear pricing quote.

But the price is high and their price simulator is not clear enough.
I tought that i'd pay about 25-30€ but i ended up paying 38€
They added 1,65€ of handling fee and 21% of taxes (not included in the simulation but you need to read the small text at the bottom to know it and calculate it yourself).
They should offer other options than UPS, like regular posts or others more affordable shiping services.
I've found an other company who offer Fedex which is 4-5€ cheaper for my paquage so i'll try them next time, with UPS they had similar pricings.

For a much cheaper service, you may have used a higher subscription (MySpain or MySpain premium). In this way the shipping and service costs are much lower than the Free (the one you have). We hope you upgrade to a higher subscription and continue to save on your shipping.

legitimate business and fast delivery. Inaccurate pricing
I was happy with the ease of use and I did receive my package quickly without problems. That said, the cost of shipping was over double what the price estimator stated. 40$ to over 100$. There needs to be a more accurate way of giving price estimates

Taking into account the measurements of the package: 44x33x14 cm
The cost of sending this package to Texas is €76.65 (exactly the same as what you paid) + Handling + Storage + Custom center. Checking your shipment. The calculation was correct. You can check the invoice of your shipment. Everything is explained in it.
Keep in mind that it is not the same shipping cost for packages of 20x20x20 cm as yours. You must enter the correct measurements in the calculator and when you will see the correct costs.
For future shipments, indicate the measurements of the package you want to send.

Very good service
Very good service, fast send out and very nice People, always willing to help.
Be aware that they charge the volume for shipping and not only the weight.
Therefore the costs are sometimes (too) high.

All shipping rates are indicated on our platform before you sign up and use the forwarding service. Another way to discount the shipping cost and other fees is to use a MySpain or MySpain Premium subscription.
Cool shipping company
This is such a cool shipping company. You buy from a shop in Spain that doesn’t offer shipping outside Spain. You send the goods to Shipping-Address and they forward everything to you. Registration online is easy. Online help was super helpful. The shipping fees were very reasonable. The goods I ordered arrived quickly. Just excellent from start to finish.

Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience; the staff (Salvador particularly!) were very responsive and helpful. The only downside is that the UPS rate through Shipping Address Spain was about 50 Euro more than going through UPS directly. Thanks!
