Fast and easy service, no complaints here. Packages are sent out fast and secure. Unfortunately, extra insurance is only available via UPS which is more pricey, but at least you are covered that way.... Voir plus

Confiable y buen embalaje
La plataforma no es la más amigable que existe, suelo usar de otros países, y tal vez estoy acostumbrada a otra forma, además de que es algo cara en comparación con otros países, pero fue la única que encontré para España. Aun así respondieron relativamente rápidos mis dudas y eso ayudo a que se empacara bien el paquete y llegará sin daños, la cual era mi mayor preocupación. Lo más importante es que si es CONFIABLE

The shipping is extremely overpriced…
The shipping is extremely overpriced and I’m guessing there’s a very high number on top of the actual UPS price. I usually pay $200 for 30 lbs from Spain. This company charged $100 for 6 lbs. it was my first time using them and never again.

Shipping costs are available on our main platform available to everyone. You can check prices BEFORE registering and decide whether or not to use the service.
On the other hand, the best rates and improved service are in the MySpain Premium account, something we always recommend, even if few shipments are made.
In any case, you will always be welcome.

Worked without trouble, received mail when package arrived to their address, paid, and it was promptly shipped to Croatia.
