Fast and easy service, no complaints here. Packages are sent out fast and secure. Unfortunately, extra insurance is only available via UPS which is more pricey, but at least you are covered that way.... Voir plus

One of my items was damaged by your employees during consolidation. And the price that I paid for your bad work was ridiculous! I don't recommend at all.

Please contact us and show us how you received your package. Since our staff has not been in contact at any time due to said incident. Our consolidations are carried out with the utmost care to NOT damage any product.
Another case is how it is delivered to the customer and what happened during transport.
In any case, I advise you to contact our staff before posting a negative review towards our service, since bad opinions without proof can be published by everyone.

Fast shipping but was delayed because they forgot to put my apartment number. Well packaged. From Spain to USA was about $350. It was an important package so I had no choice.

Shipping was quick and the item arrived…
Shipping was quick and the item arrived in good condition. Cost of shipping was twice what it needed to be for a low value item. Shipping option by regular postal service should have been an option.

My experience with…
My experience with Shipping-Address-Spain was a positive one. They answered my questions in a timely manner and promptly forwarded my parcel, which arrived quickly and in good condition. I've seen some reviews with complaints about the cost for shipping, but I found the pricing to be exactly what would be expected for the distance -- there is also a page on their website that helps you to determine what the cost of forwarding will likely be. I would definitely use this service again.

Before registering on our platform, all shipping rates and additional services are available. Therefore, if you register and also make purchases in Spanish stores so that our company can send the product to your country, we do not understand the complaint. You can also stop using the free subscription and subscribe to the Premium, better rates and many more advantages. Even so, if they seem expensive to you, it is as simple as not registering and not even using the service. In any case, and since you have already used our service, we encourage you to try the MySpain Premium subscription.

Awesome service
We used their services when an Spain based online retailer we wanted to shop at didn’t offer shipping to Canada. It was super easy to use and our products arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Would definitely use them again.
