Fast and easy service, no complaints here. Packages are sent out fast and secure. Unfortunately, extra insurance is only available via UPS which is more pricey, but at least you are covered that way.... Voir plus

Simple and fast
Simple and fast, it would be great if more carriers would be available to choose from, UPS is good and reliable, but it quite pricey for items of smaller value.

We have tried other cheaper couriers and can tell you that they have been a real disaster. So we prefer UPS even if it means investing a little more, but they arrive without problems. Thank you very much for your evaluation and review.

Damaged parcels, no resolution after a year.
I write this review a year after my parcel was first posted with Shipping-Address-Spain.com. I needed a forwarding company to collate two purchases of rare collectibles and ship to the UK. The communication was great and I was very thankful of being able to communicate in English with the company. However the way my two parcels were consolidated was terrible and the way they were taped together meant it was almost inevitable that they would be damaged. All together it took them approximately 4 months to get the parcels to me and both items were damaged. I have spent the past 8 months trying to claim for the damage with no success. Their customer service team took no responsibility for the situation and blamed their carrier UPS and would not resolve their situation with me until they had claimed from UPS. This regrettably never happened and I have never received any compensation for the damaged items. It’s such a shame as this appears to be a good setup and the people are friendly enough, they just wouldn’t accept any responsibility for their poor consolidation of the packages or the resulting damage. Very disappointed.

We regret the situation in which your UPS claim has been handled. Everything is to insist with said claim and several calls with the UPS personnel and since it did not facilitate the collection of the product by the UPS experts, it has been very difficult for UPS to pay the insurance.
Super fast shipping
Super fast shipping. This is the second time I have used the service and it was excellent. It's expensive but if there's something you want to order from Spain, this is an easy and reliable way.

Reliable, Fast, Trustworthy jus made doing business easy and pleasant
I just started working with this company and being in e-commerce business I understand how HARD it is to choose a right company in a totally different country and it needs a great courage to do so, hence I am writing these reviews to share my personal pleasant experiences with these companies that I worked with and had made things so easy that is one word UNBELIEVABLE!
Super fast turn around service, use their courier choice or they even allow you choose your own courier to pick up your packages from their premises. Extremely easy user friendly platform they have and NO WEIRDNESS at all on entire process straight forward fast. Emails answered within minutes.
I am so glad and thankful for your services made available and easy for us to expand our business without moving.

Trustworthy, really fast and efficient
They are trustworthy really fast and efficient, their platform simple and user friendly very quick email responses all flawless.
Shipping rate is slightly higher so if used for business purpose with small margin then perhaps it does not make sense money wise.
Also I would recommend them to keep the original packaging and tape them together or use a larger box to consolidate small packages.
Definitely will recommend.

Ideal solution to buying goods from companies that only ship with Spain
I wanted to buy some items from a company that only ships with Spain. Shipping-address-spain was an ideal solution. Communication was clear and there was enough information to know I was doing the right thing at different stages of the process. The package arrived very quickly.
