I had a very positive experience with Bellman. They produce high quality personal amplifiers, such as Maxi Classic, they pack them nicely and they ship them fast (in my case with UPS). An A+ company.

I needed a new shaker for my alarm clock but the model l have is discontinued. Your sales person was very helpful and gave me another shaker model that is compatible with my model. And l ordered it and it was the perfect fit.

My husband's hearing-
assist alarm clock, several years old, suddenly lost audio. The company's customer service team was polite, efficient and generous in their attempts to troubleshoot the problem as I told them how essential that clock was to my husband. Their surprising solution after examining our clock was to send us a new clock, very quickly. We were thrilled to have that great resolution so fast.

Outstanding product
Outstanding product, I connected the device to my Sony wireless TV headphones which have a 3.5mm cable. I place the device directly in front of the TV and can sit anywhere in the room. The sound is crystal clear even when my family has the TV at low volume. I am fussy about sound quality, this device was well designed.
