You did not give true guidance on how to use this device. Only interested in getting a sale not helping anyone with a heart problem. Gave the impression you only had to hold your fingers on the device to get a reading. Disappointed in the BHF.

BHF were very competitively priced and were reliable and friendly. The only negative for me was that they gave the impression that more of Mum's furniture could be saved for resale in the shop but actually very little did get saved and the majority had to go to the tip

We live near Cambridge, the house to be cleared was in Wales. This was an emotionally charged situation as a family member had died. The property was very full so having BHF come in to clear it took a lot of pressure off an already difficult time. Two teams were allocated to do the job and it was completed in a day. We were extremely satisfied with the care taken.

I filled in the request for a house clearance and a few hours later Paul from the Blackburn branch called and we arranged for him to visit a couple of days later. He arrived on time was very polite and helpful and arranged for a pick up. Ben and his colleague arrived on the assigned day and time, having confirmed the evening before, and cleared the house very efficiently and with care with the furniture. They couldn't manage to make the sofa move out of the lounge and around the corner as it was a very tight turn due to the staircase. It was suggested that we cut the sofa up and they would return the next day to pick it up. My brother and I spent around an hour manipulating it out of the room and as promised at 7am the next morning Ben and his colleague returned and took it away. Throughout the whole process all the people I spoke to were respectful and helpful. It had been a very traumatic few months dealing with the death of our mother but all the staff were kind and took a lot of the stress of clearing the much loved home.
