We had a great experience from the start! Mark J. greeted us near the door and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He gave us time to browse and provided feedback when we asked for it. Our materials were ordered quickly and the process was explained thoroughly by Mark. The installers Mark suggested were awesome. Brad and Ryan were on time and worked until the job was done. They cleaned up as they worked and the final result was exceptional. The process ended with a follow up from Mark to make sure we were satisfied. I’d recommend this company to anyone needing new flooring.

I placed an order or May 29th. It wasn't until today that my product finally shipped--after 3 phone calls and emails asking when it would be shipped. I needed the tile this week.

I like the rug a lot, it took a long time to get it. I had to call a few times to check on the order.
I wish when I checked on it on line it game more information rather than just day processing it rather than making it

We ordered a box containing 44 tiles. 22 tiles in the box were broken. I contacted customer service and their response was stellar. They were quick to respond and mailed me another box of tiles within days. Accidents happen and it’s how a company responds that counts!!

I ordered 2 rugs from Carpet & Tile Mart - first delivery came really fast, and I loved that! Second bigger area rug (exact same one as first) was sadly back ordered about a month. That wasn't their fault, so I understood. Then it did arrive on the backordered date. so all is well. All in all , I think Carpet and Tile Mart is awesome. Their prices are fair, and they can be easily reached with any questions at all!
