Easy ordering and crazy fast delivery. I purchased this rug for my family room seven years ago and was thrilled to find it is still available. We relocated once again, and our new home demands a round rug in the eat in kitchen that is open to the family room. I am beyond happy with the result. Even with the seven year gap in purchase, the rugs are identical in quality and color.

Received a different carpet than what I ordered. I double checked the email to make sure. The picture in my confirmation email does not match what I received in the mail.

This is the first time ordering a rug online. Weather storms made it difficult to get out. I have a large oriental area rug and wanted a smaller 5 by 3 rug for the entrance to the room. I knew manufacturer and color numbers so it made the search process and ordering easy. I was pleased to see that the exact rug was still available. I had a minor snafu with applying for 10% discount but that was corrected with an email and I received a credit. The rug arrived within a week well packaged and exactly what I wanted.
